Helpful counselors, clear guidance, strong visa/document support, and no hidden charges—overall, a good option for students.

I joined AECC CG Road for IELTS coaching and informed them before enrolling that I had limited time before my exam. They assured me that they would guide me properly. However, from the beginning the classes were not structured and the teacher did not clearly explain the IELTS format, strategies, or writing structure. Most of the time we were asked to do self-study instead of receiving proper teaching.

Since we were not satisfied with the teaching method, a refund was requested. However, the main representative at the CG Road office refused the refund.

Overall, the experience was disappointing because the expectations set at the time of enrollment were not met. I hope they improve the quality of teaching and provide better support to students preparing for important exams like IELTS.

I would recommend AECC global because they are helpful in processing our visa applications.Has been assisting us from the start of our journey in Australia and they will always be there to guide and give you advice.

It's was helpful. But not that much my experience is they have lack of knowledge about current situation. Don't take big decision like studying abroad based the way they manipulate. Think n do it.

An absolutely fake company. Go to them if you want to waste your time and money and ruin your child's dream of studying abroad. Their country head itself dosen't give proper response or time and they have absolutely no idea about application process.

This company really needs to understand and be professional when it comes to speaking with new clients abroad. I spoke with a guy named Kunal and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He threatened not to work with me because I had rescheduled our meetings. I am extremely disappointed by the service and the language used. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you want to go through a bad journey of applying to universities and education you can choose this place. Just because they are global doesn't mean they can talk to anyone like that. He said I quote "I have 5 employees around the world like you and I wasted my time when I could have worked with someone else"

I got an opportunity to study M.Sc in regulatory affairs after my Pharm.D at one go that would be all because of AECC global services and staff of it especially my academic advisor Gayathri madam, she was the one who helped me out through out the process. Though I applied on the last day of university application deadline I made it because of her. If anyone is planning to study abroad I would definitely recommend Gayathri and AECC Study abroad consultancy.

I would like to complain about the behaviour of front desk of AECC.I have called them like upto 2,3 times cause I want to talked to their senior and they were taking it as a joke and not responding well declining the call.
