I’ve ordered a pair of joggers accidentally in my wrong size! I emailed the support service and they got back to me less than 24 hours later updating my size to the correct one for me! Very speedy service and very kind of them to do that for me when it was my mistake. Thank you!

They responded very quickly and friendly, and helped solve the problem. The only thing I didn't like was that when I asked for help with sizing twice, they told me to just check the size chart on the website, even though the website says, "If you're still unsure, contact us and we'll help," but they didn't.

I ordered a Jacket 1/5/26 and I haven’t received it yet becuase they’re out of stock. And they asked to exchange the item for something else even though I asked for a refund. And the same thing happened again, they ran out of stock on another jacket I bought. And I still haven’t received my order and it’s been more than 12 days.

Bad experience with this brand. This was my 1st purchase, 1st time trying on the sweats and the strap on the bottom to snaps off when trying to tighten. The quality of the material seems very good, but the quality of the overall products lacks, and the exchange policy is horrible. It took 2+ wks for shipping to arrive to the Las Vegas, NV. Other quality brand names such as Lulu Lemon, Alo stands behind their products with wonderful exchange/return policies for defective items. Buyers beware of this company before placing your orders as you may have the same lack of customer service as I did.

A company that does not offer address for return / refund, but rather offers small refund or lesser discount. Even after 5 emails still did not get return address and am still waiting for one.

Their good quality of clothes but their refund process is completely and totally trash so u better get the size right the first time or ur screwed im still waiting on refund which I had to pay for to send back all the items especially if clothing was already expensive trash as refunded process

I received an item (TOWEL EMBROIDERY
BADGE VARSITY JACKET ) that looked nothing like the photos—super thin, flimsy, and with deep creases that won't come out. When I asked for a refund, they kept changing their story. First, they told me to ship it to the US, then to Sydney, all while ignoring my requests for a pre-paid label. Under Australian Consumer Law, they should cover shipping for faulty items, but they just don't care.
And they say “ Please use the POST service to send back and please don't use DHL or FedEx to return because we can't make sure it will get back to us successfully. Thank you.Please include a note within your package with your Name, phone number in the correct format, order number, size needed and that you were approved to return your order for refund or exchange.Please Note: the item you are returning, should have all the tags attached”.
After long disputes they sent replacement but in the same quality. They emphasize shipping cost for return should be paid by customers and insist “ that jackets are folded and packaged during shipping, which can result in creases upon opening. This is a normal occurrence”. And suddenly announced that they are not able to reply from February 14 to 23, 2026, because they will be having our company training.
