It pains me to have to write this review.
Currently have a complaint filed with a better business bureau against this company.
I have placed four or five other orders with this company prior to this problem.

Placed an order six or seven weeks ago receive tracking information shortly after
After the item had been at the same spot for five days I contacted the company to say is this order lost? If so, can we replace it?
I was told that I needed to wait 14 more days before it would be considered lost I said I was willing to do that if in fact they had a replacement order ready to ship after that 14 days
Upon contacting them after this period, I was told that they would try to send a replacement order cut to 10 or 12 emails 45 unreturned voicemail messages to customer service.
I was then told that my order was waiting to be picked up by the shipping company.
Yesterday I received an email stating that one of the items was not available in the size I requested.
I’m exasperated and flabbergasted by this company‘s lack of concern and follow through with their customer service.
Yesterday I sent an email stating that they were to cancel the order and refund the balance to my credit card and if they did not, I would dispute the charges with my bank.
Today, I will be disputing the charges with my banks assistance

Customer service is top tier
Customer service is top tier! I noticed a large was getting pretty big on me but ordered the Large anyways well…. The next day, I changed my mind I said man I wonder if I can just shoot them an email and change the Large to a Medium so I did and rest assured my order was sent lightning fast to the team of wonderful professionals and had it fixed very quickly! Will be ordering again. I love companies who treat their customers like family.

Amazing Customer care experience.
I purchased a pair of extra-large style pants from this website after seeing an ad on Instagram. Following the size chart provided and carefully comparing the measurements with my own, I ordered an XS. Unfortunately, they turned out to be extremely tight around the waist.
I contacted customer service, and they responded immediately, offering several solutions to resolve the issue. I was truly impressed by their care and attention to the customer. Every customer service team should be like this!

Clothes are a great shame about the customer service or lack of
Clothes are a great quality. Size guide is rubbish and customer service go MIA. Asked for guidance on placing an order & what size to order and got advised true to size that was it so ordered the biggest size as due to their guide it wouldn’t fit and I thought I could slim into them. On receiving the items they are too big so reached out asking for an exchange to be advised I would have to pay for the exchange even though it was your guide I went off in the first place to order. Agreed I would keep them as I can at most make them work I can’t wear the trousers out but I can slob in them at home and I would receive a refund. Then radio silence! I have emailed 3 times wanting to negotiate how much I have refunded to be ignored resulting me having to contact PayPal and get them involved
