Amazing product - the aerial silks arrived in a timely fashion and are excellent quality and a beautiful colour. Shay is an excellent communicator and the customer service is second to none. When we needed a longer length silk, Shay sorted it immediately. Many thanks Aerials Australia.

At first I thought it was a scam site as i had no follow up email with an order number or order confirmation. After emailing everything was rectified and they emailed me a tracking number. Shipping was quick and packed well. Definitely will be ordering again!! Thankyou.

Order #49746 I’ve received the hammock but the fabric is quite thin. Makes it really hard to grip with. Also it doesn’t feel like low-to medium stretch as it’s a lot more stretchy than the other hammocks that I have. Can someone please contact me to organize refund/return or exchange for other product?

What a rip off! Ships from China from an ‘electronics’ store.

I purchased thinking this would have some type of Australian standards rather than buying from Amazon etc..

The material is VERY THIN and cheap. It’s the exact same item that they sell on AliExpress for $65 (even the images on AliExpress are the same)
I highly doubt that these items are, as AA website states “LOAD TESTED AND CERTIFIED” by any Australian legitimate testing facility

I do not recommend this to anyone, but if this is the items you’re looking for, save 200% and just order from AliExpress. It’s the same stuff only way cheaper

I ordered the ombre medium stretch silks from Aerials Australia and when it arrived I realized I had ordered the incorrect length.
I contacted them and Shane was great and helped me to easily exchange it for the correct length.
The correct length silks arrived 3 days ago and I absolutely loved it! It is very beautiful and the fabric is great!

Bought a silk kit which stated hardware included for $306, silk arrived...no hardware, have left countless emails and texted their text only phone no, as there is no phone number to call, have been completely ignored, feel ripped off and my daughter dissapointed as it was her birthday present, non existant customer service

The only thing worse than their customer service is their rubbish product. Silks lasted no more than 10 five minute routines. That’s just over one and a half hours of use and they are torn and useless. Zero communication from these guys after several emails. I was only after some advice on whether they could supply better quality but I think their lack of communication tells me everything. Go elsewhere.

I ordered low stretch aerial silks from Aerials Australia for my daughters. The order confirmation email came promptly (Order # 49441). The tracking system on the Aerials Australia website indicates the item has been shipped with Australia Post but there is no tracking number. 11 days later, no sign of the items and subsequent enquiry emails and SMS sent to Aerials Australia remain unanswered.

Our only hope that we have not been scammed are the similar Trustpilot reviews which have detailed very similar experiences and appear to be resolved.

UPDATE: Aerial Australia have made contact and shared the courier tracking details. Thanks for your quick response Anne!

Ordered from Aerials Australia for the first time - 3 lengths of low-med stretch (standard) aerial silk and a blue/white aerial net. The silks are lovely in colour, but shinier/more slippery than my usual supplier (time should fix this) and MUCH stretchier than any other low or medium stretch silk I've had in 10+ years of circus. Hopefully this stretch will lessen with use, as my beginner students will struggle greatly. We also received the end of the roll, with the rivet indentations visible down the entire length.
The net is beautiful, thought a bit rougher than other nets I have used and slightly lopsided.
All the products look great in the air, and are very usable.

Recently bought a spreader bar and some rigging hardware. I was really impressed by the speed of the free shipping. We received our items within 2 days! Look forward to purchasing through Aerials Australia again.

(SEE EDIT BELOW) I ordered an aerial hammock last week; while I don't expect it to have arrived, the money has left my account but I haven't recieved any order confirmation/order number. I reached out via email to info but received no reply, via FB Messenger (automatically redirected to email) and via phone but the phone number cuts out before ringing. I'd just like some response to check that it's on its way :(

Postage was quick, swivel is excellent very smooth and the tape was very mouldable to my Lyra will be purchasing from again for future equipment

Absolutely love our silks! Aerials Australia were helpful via email deciding on length and further information. They are very loved in our household and exactly the same as our studio.

After a couple of questions which were answered quickly, I ordered in 2 seperate orders to get my Lyra, sling, hardware and tape and everything was as expected and arrived promptly within about a week. I had discount codes for sales both times so I saved a lot of money and now I have my own perfectly sized Lyra that I also got to tape up with the fabulous bright pink tape! I will definitely be back for any other aerial needs that come up. Thank you.

I just got my very own aerial silks from Aerials Australia, and it's like having a piece of the circus in my own backyard! The moment I saw it, my eyes lit up they're so bright and colorful, just like a rainbow. The fabric feels really soft and strong, which is great because it means I can swing and spin around without any worries.

The first time I climbed up, I felt a bit like a superhero learning to fly. It was a bit tricky at first, trying to figure out how to wrap the silks around me and make those cool poses I've seen. But with a little practice (and some help from mum and my coaches), I started getting the hang of it. Now, I can do a few spins and even hang upside down like a bat!

One thing I really love about my aerial silks is showing off my new moves to my friends and family. Their faces light up in amazement, and it makes me feel super proud of what I can do. Plus, it's a fantastic way to play and exercise at the same time - much better than sitting around and watching TV.

I always make sure someone's there to watch me when I'm practicing, you know, just to be safe. And every day, I can't wait to finish my homework so I can go out and swing and dance in the air again.

If you're thinking about trying aerial silks, I'd say go for it! It's not just fun; it's like learning to fly in your own magical world. Who knows, maybe one day I'll become a professional aerialist, but for now, I'm just loving the adventure
