Aerovac Vacumn
I placed an order for their vacuum back on 12/3/24. On the 16 of Dec I got an email saying my item had shipped, but as of Jan 6, 2025 my tacking number that they provided said USPS has never received the item. When I contacted them about a refund they claimed that they could not because the carrier had already taken possession of the package, which is an outright lie. They have been very dishonest and deceptive in their communication on this matter. My recommendation is not to do business with this company.

SCAM
SCAM - Ordered an Aerovac V-15 Pro 1 vacuum for £100 on the 3rd Dec with a 7-14 business day shipping. Chased on the 23rd Dec and told it would now be dispatched on a 1-6 business day shipping. Delay blamed on Amazon for being prioritised for delivery companies. Chased again 2 Jan to be fobbed off again.

Placed an order at Thanksgiving. Never received any tracking info. On Dec 27 we received the package- the box was busted/destroyed. I submitted an email same day requesting a return label. It’s been a week with no response.
Learn from our mistake- DO NOT BUY!!!!

I ordered an AeroVac V-15 Pro on 29th Nov and it has still not arrived. Sent an email and no response! This must be a scam? Who else is having the same problem. I will contact X and put it out to the public if I do not hear anything from them.

Placed an order on 1st December. As at 1st Jan still nothing received. Received an email to say it would be shipped before Christmas but no tracking information and now not responding to emails. Received lots of marketing emails thanking me for making 2024 the best year yet and thanking me for my business. Which i am
sure it is an excellent year for them considering they are making 100% profit!!

Deceitful practices
On Dec 15 their Instagram “commercial”said order within the next THREE DAYS for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. As of today… Dec 29th it’s still sitting in an order placed status. The only response ( when you finally do get one) is sorry we are “We apologize for the delayed response, we’ve been managing a high volume of inquiries lately”….Ive asked to cancel this order deer five times now. Not reply.
