Administration not in order.. difficult to retrieve non invested funds
From all platforms I invest in (over 30); my experience with Aescuvest is one of the poorest. Insufficient communication and follow-up, platform has its administration not in order. Something I did not expect from EU-supported platform.
Perhaps this is only in my case; although I didn't find good reviews anywhere yet.
I have tried to invest on the platform on a project; unfortunately something went wrong in ID-process. Not able to get this corrected by myself. And support was not able to help my through this procedure. Difficult to retrieve non-invested money back after cancelling account because process took too long.
Waiting to get my funds back more than a month now.
Weak arguments from investment manager where things went wrong.
Better invest elsewhere...
