⭐ Do Not Use This Company

⭐ Do Not Use This Company – Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience

We’ve spent over $2,000 with Aesthetic Record, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. It took two months for our data to be uploaded and three weeks to fix an e-prescribe connection that was initially linked to the wrong provider—a serious HIPAA compliance concern.

The checkout process is overly complicated, often requiring 15–20 steps, and still showing a $0 total unless manually corrected. Their gift-card system is not compatible with other platforms, and support frequently fails to provide real solutions, redirecting us to generic training links instead.

Meetings are often mismanaged—Zoom links are not sent, and staff then shift blame to the client. The overall lack of accountability and repeated gaslighting behavior from staff is unacceptable.

After months of delays, errors, and excuses, we strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Total bait and switch

I was so excited for this platform UNTIL I signed up for it and was nickel and dimed. To start you must pay a $200 sign up fee that gets you absolutely nothing. Aesthetic Record states it is for you to have access to their learning platform however that is a total scam as well. Once you pay the $200 account set up fee then you are told you really should buy their $200 training. Yup, that's right they built this intricate system that you must now pay to figure out how to use. I was so upset by this as the $200 account set up fee was already much more than any other platform. It took me a while to train myself and get the hang of things. The system is not intuitive at all. PLUS they nickel and dime you to death. $10 fee here, $10 fee there...Its ridiculous. I wish I would have done more research before committing so much time and money to this platform. From one medical aesthetician to the other SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.
