The way server, serviced me was way better than I thought because I was trying to get some loan not knowing that I would be approved and luckily I was approved in not less half an hour. I am so thankful for the great service.

Lance from 401 Harding Place, Nashville TN. gave us the ‘old fashioned respectful approach’ which is hard to find anymore. As a new customer, I have never borrowed money from a lending agency before. I really didn’t know what to expect. My husband and I drove to the local AF247 in our town, (not Harding Place), to open an account with them. We arrived 2 hours before closing time, however, they were closed. So we continued calling the phone number but it kept being transferred to other locations. Finally a nice, respectful, young man named Lance from 401 Harding Place, answered and offered to help us over the phone. He was very patient with us and walked us completely thru each step of the process. He followed up with a phone call when everything was complete. He made this process so easy I would recommend AF247 to anyone. KUDOS to Lance and Thankyou! We wish many happy turkey legs to you Lance for Thanksgiving! (A little humor he and my husband shared through the conversation.)

Very good experience! I called inquiring about a loan I did everything online and was approved within 20 minutes !! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a quick easy loan process .

Elian, was very resourceful, professional, patient, and kind. I was worried about the line, he reminded me several times that it was okay. He showed lots of patience and understanding while it took time in providing and getting him the necessary documents needed for my loan.
He and the company and the company was a real pleasure to do business with.

I do feel on weekend days there should be more associates to shorten the length of wait time.

i was there waiting all day for a flex loan just for them to have had to call because they end up closing and then just for them to approve $150 dollars but like the guy said there was no reason for me to be approved that low when i make a good amount and my credit isn't bad so i don't understand neither did he and i didnt get a reason on why and would like to understand why. but the handsome guy who actually worked inside was great. he has a great personality that just makes you feel better on a bad day or bad situation i enjoyed being in his presences.
