I called into see how many payments…

I called into see how many payments I’ve paid in for a small loan, spoke with JOHN . I had to keep repeating myself . He finally was able to tell me I had paid in over 16,0000 for a 1,200 loan . The math ain’t mathing . If you need assistance with emergency funds please find another way to get it , because it’s hard times for everyone and ripping people off ain’t the way to go . I’ve made so many payments into this company and can’t get a clear explanation into where all my money went . Don’t be sassy about providing information when I call inquiring

100 MUST READ TRUE STORY - Not 98% Satisfaction

Received a pre-qualified offer in the mail up to $4,000 Flex Loan, So I applied to get my car out of the shop so I could start a new job offer. After submitting all documents and sharing back information I was offered $1152, which I was grateful to have. So, I then received an email with a link for 1 hour to go add my bank card information so I could finish the process. Upon doing so, I had missed the email because I was travelling. As soon as I became aware i was being approved, I reached out to go 24 hours with no help from chat agents and the call center was just on a loop thanking me that I called.

When I finally got a response from C. Martin that to reach out and call a number directly for assistance. I received a call from Representative Chelsey stating that Advance Financial changed their mind about accepting my approved benefit program. So, I asked why was I approved and now being told no? Rep Chlesy stated that the financial team is the one who gets to decided. Since AF doesn't accept Government Unemployment Benefits, I am S**t out of luck. I even stated I have a new job starting $23 an hour and could submit my offer letter that is signed and dated. Nope that would be rejected to, I was told.

I would suggest that AF get their policy information an update your company accepts what. I want to thank Chelsea for providing me with the accurate information instead of wasting time with emails and document submissions. That way I can stop wasting my time! Thank you, Ms. Chelsy for that.

Mr. Loffer. So sorry you've had this experience. The absolute best way to be removed is on the back of our flyers:

I can also add you to our Do Not Mail list, which I don't see your name on. I will need the full name the mail is coming to and your mailing address, so that we can be sure we stop sending mail. Please send your information to reviews@af247.com and I'll be sure to get you removed from our list. Thank you for the feedback.
