Appropriate but expensive for a 90m crossing. I believe if DFDS had fewer crossings and not so expensive tariffs there would be more people inclined to use the crossings out of season. I was charged an extra £20 more to return to Calais 3 weeks later.

The staff we dealt with on-board could not have been nicer. We had a real prpv=blem a tthe check-in as the premium lounge tickets I had added to my booking the previous evening did not show up at the DFDS check-in so I had to buy a new pair of tickets. I will be pursuing AFerry for reimbursement in due course.

We have used the ferry a few times now & it has never been delayed & always leaves on time. The staff welcome you aboard & it is always clean. We have only ever had the breakfast which is a bit hit & miss, sometimes it’s a little bit cold but apart from that it’s perfect for getting across the pond.
