Overall: good experience with DFDS. The flexible cancellation option with refund (via the Koala Flex.) could be made more clear and straight to follow via the app of aFerry. Because I didn’t see how it worked exactly in time, I missed out on the restitution. However, the client help service was helpful and offered an amendment of my existing ticket, so I would not lose the value/money of the purchased ticket
