I had a very bad experience, I stood there for 8 hours waiting to board, I didn't get any explanation from anyone or any apologies, I will never use something like that again 👎

If I could give it no stars i would we had to wait from 7.30pm till 2am just to get to our lane and then the ferrie was delayed till 5am. the organisation was despicable the staff were very rude .I would like someone from Irish ferries to call me because I want a full refund and I will not be using your services again.

Absolutely horrendous. When the port (Dover) is busy you receive a nice text several hours before requesting you arrive 2 hours early. When the tub is two hours late….nothing, sweet FA. Irish Ferries sucks. Of course this is only my view/avis. The least of respect would be to inform the paying customers, no chance Bravo.

Ferry running late and communication on board was incredibly poor. Cafe closed about 30 mins into the journey, contactless on vending machines was intermittent and overall not good.

Easy travel. For 90 min there is plenty of space and also some activity for Kids. Only one babytable for a whole floor tho

They lowered the gangplanks five minutes early for the first one, while the second ferry was delayed by an hour.
