Villas are lovely and photos and descriptions online are accurate. We’ve had 3 holidays with Affinity and will be going again next year without a doubt. Love love love the Algarve!

Outdoor pool very nice, but we all thought the villa itself was tired & needed some upgrading. Especially the kitchen.
We also found that it was not cleaned to a high standard.
The main bathroom was especially dirty. Although the maid came twice in the week she did not do much cleaning.

The only thing that let the holiday down was the welcome hamper for 9 people, no where near enough to feed you after a day travelling.

We spent a week in villa Chy An Mor in June. Affinity Villas arranged everything for our booking, including transfers and car hire. Their service was absolutely superb, from the ease of online booking, their super helpful service on the phone and their speed at returning our security deposit. If you are looking for a villa holiday in Portugal, I would definitely recommend them.

First class administration and customer service

Can’t fault booking process and service by the company. No credit card fees.

Only issue was un-expected suggested tipping costs of maid service at villa, not a service we wanted.

We used Affinity Villas in July 2018 and booked a late Villa a week before . They were very efficent and quick to organise our requirements , the staff were very efficent . The instructions to the villa was fantactic and the distance to places wer spot on .

The Villas we have had our holidays in are of the highest class.
They are very clean and have everything you would require.
The welcome pack is substantial and is good enough to keep you going till you get to the shops which are not that farway.
I would recommend Affinity to anyone.

The villa , Quinto do Sol in Carvoeiro was very comfortable and would be suitable for families with young children as it was mostly on the flat with only one double bedroom upstairs .We have stayed in 2 other lovely affinity villas in Carvoeiro but they had a lot of stairs .
It was very well equipped both inside and out .
We were there mid June and the weather was cool at times .Unlike other villas we have stayed in , there were no shutters on the windows . It was not a problem for us but could be a disadvantage in very hot sunny weather .
The Affinity local staff were very helpful and came to the villa twice when we were there to check the gas and show us how to operate it and gave us lots of helpful tourist advice .
This is my 3rd year with Affinity Villas and I would highly recommend it as a very efficient company offering a very high standard of accommodation.
