Afer waiting almost an hour..too many workers were trying to remedy my problems..I think lunch got in the way. Again I have wait two weeks to try to fix the I eat most of my problems that should have been fixed at this time. I eat most of my meals without lower dentures. When there is pain should not have to wait 2 weeks.

Never even looked in my mouth but wanted to set me up for dentures.

I don't like having to wait two weeks for an alignment. I am not pleased with the fit of the temporary set. They are way too big and do not look natural nor can I chew anything solid and I have lost 10lbs and did not need to. I do understand that the temporary set is going to be big due to swelling. But after 3 months maybe another set should be made if they fit as bad as mine do. I mean I did pay $6500 for them. Seems like a fair request. As for customer service I have no complaints. Everyone has been respectful and professional. I just really hope the final set fit better.

Scam. They take your Credit Card, making delivery promises and lie, delay, and procrastinate wasting hours of time waiting for appointments only to be sent home.

Excellent dentist and staff. Extremely knowledgeable and clearly cares for their patients.

Friendly front office staff. Personable, knowledgeable and professional doctor and support staff. I got my first denture here and came back when it was time for another. I will recommend.

Dr Bucaj is amazing. Highly recommend him. He has a great bedside manor, doesn't rush. Explains everything. The staff is super friendly and informative as well.

On August 13th my mom and I both had an appointment for dentures. My mom needed a replacement of dentures and they charged her $1,650.00. My mom since she received her dentures she had two adjustments so far and needing a 3 adjustment. The dentures are poor fitting and too tight for her and they hurt her gums badly. She can’t talk or eat with them and the keep falling from her mouth. Everytime you call they don’t answer the phone or return your calls after leaving messages. The staff are very rude and they are young. They seems friendly in the beginning. I also got teeth pulled and got temporary dentures which I am
Supposed to wear for nine months that they charge me for. My price was $6,385.00. Since receiving my dentures they don’t fit properly and I can’t eat with them or talk with them. My gums are swollen and very sore. They keep falling out my mouth. Now remind you I got my dentures on August 13th and on September 14th I got an adjustment and on September 15th I could not put back in
My mouth and they kept falling out and hurting my gums so bad. I called my regular dentist for an appointment to examine my gums because when I told the doctor my gums so sore he said that was normal and he was very rude and disrespectful when I told him it hurts . All they do is force the teeth in your mouth and don’t examine your mouth to see how it is doing or listening to you. In this office it is a lot young people. My mom both been calling the office but the voicemail keep coming on and they don’t answer the phones. This office needs to be shut down. My mom and I are in the process disputing a refund back and will be reporting them to the BBB and their corporate office. This is very unacceptable how they treat their customers. I regret ever going to this location. They don’t care about you as a patient or your concerns. Please do not go to this this office.
