I was very happy with my first order. However recently I have been less than impressed. I placed my order and paid for expedited delivery. Two days after the "guaranteed delivery date" had passed the items had still not arrived. No communication to inform me of any delay. I will be getting my supplements from a different supplier in future.

Second time in two months I have been let down by this company due to problems with supply of products. Have run out of supplements on both occasions due to deliveries taking a week to arrive and have had to chase up the orders due to lack of contact from company. Gave them benefit of the doubt after the first occasion but not sure I will again. So much for v.i.p customer.

I ordered for next day delivery and paid the additional premium. When my delivery wasn't delivered in the agreed slot I called and learned that my order wasn't processed and they didn't have part of the order in stock. I received no phone call or correspondence that the order wouldnt be delivered. It took two calls back to get my order refunded.

I have recently ordered some protein and multi-vitamins! I paid for next day delivery... Granted, it was a Friday, so was not expecting it on the Saturday, however I paid for next day, hoping to get it on the Monday! I then received an e-mail, stating that next day was not available, so I could receive ten shipping cost back, or receive it in the form of loyalty points or with some protein bars.
I replied saying protein bars would be great. I do not know if they received my reply, as I have not had an reply back.
I also then e-mailed again, stating that I understand next day is not available, but when would my order arrive, just so I know how to plan my protein intake accordingly! Again, I have not had a reply.
It has now been 4 working days since my order and I do not know when it is going to arrive, unless it comes later today! I would appreciate contact to let me know when my order will arrive!
In relation to next day shipping not being available... I can only assume that this was down to stock levels... However, the website stated that the item was in stock and available for next day shipping,, so I am none the wiser as to why it was not available!

This is the second time I have bought from this shop, not many online stores have a good selection of vegan proteins at good prices and they did temp me with asn pre change as well, thanks
