We had hired Affordable Waterproofing years ago to waterproof our basement with 3 new sump pumps, French drains and discharge pipes. They did solid work, albeit their workers failed to properly position the discharge pipes, so we had them come back to fix that. Years later, we built an addition and had them come back to install another sump pump and 30 ft discharge line across the yard. After some time, water began pooling next to the house, causing plants to die and two new A/C units to literally sink into the ground. When they came to diagnose and fix the problem, the technician unbelievably tried to use CEMENT at the foundation to stop the water from leaking out, rather than diagnose the problem correctly. We figured out ourselves upon detailed investigation that the discharge line had no coupling nor seal of the line inside the foundation and water from the sump pump was discharging INTO the crawl space and around the foundation. We were so disgusted we spent 3 days FIXING IT OURSELVES. The owner of the company promised in September to reimburse me $1000 for this atrocious situation, and so far he has sent me only $500. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY is the best warning I can give. They cannot be trusted in terms of workmanship nor their guarantee that your basement will be dry. The guarantee is worthless as you can see from my experience.
