Amazing quality!
Oh my gosh! Absolutely amazing oils. I was impressed that the bottles were packaged with such care. I got an amazing price for the 16oz bottles and they smell very similar to my favorite perfumes. I also use some of the oils in my cold air diffuser. I love every scent I ordered. They also included free Shea butter soap with my first purchase. Excellent company and products.

My experience with Africa imports has been great because your products is delivered on time, and your products are packaged well. I love the many choices they have in shea butter, black soap, and fragrance oils.

Usually have great experience. Still love products. But customer service doesn't solve problems
Usually have great experience. Purchased a sample pack months back. Loved one type of oil. So I bought a pound of it. It showed up and it was opposite of the sample not even close in smell . Emailed customer ,no response , called customer service. No ability to help me solve my problem. I Google the smell profile of the scent. And have some possible matches so I'm gonna just buy some smaller bottles and see if I can narrow it down to what's what.

Very Poor Quality – No Longevity
I ordered fragrance oils from this company, but unfortunately the quality was very disappointing.
The oils had extremely poor performance lasting less than 30 minutes. As someone experienced in working with fragrances, this is far below acceptable standards.
Additionally, the return process is not customer friendly, as you are required to pay for both shipping directions, making it inconvenient and costly.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

First time orders have to be shipped to the billing address, which is stated online during checkout, which is not how you set up your order. We reached out to inform you of this and after a week of not hearing back, we canceled your order and refunded your payment.
We have sent multiple emails showing the proof of your refund including the date and amount. We have informed you to contact your card company for details on the refund if you had any questions. Africa Imports follows protocol for each and every order. Again, please feel free to reach out to your card company for details on your refund.
We also see you edited your review to state your address matched but unfortunately what you entered in did not match what your card company had. That is the whole reason we reached out. Our system can detect if you did not enter in the address associated with the card you are using.
