Bought this as a requested Christmas present from a family member. Excellent service from the Company, arrived soon after ordering and well packaged for protection.

Absolutely love this! Like a hot plate bbq that you can use all winter long. Easy to clean and the fat drip tray catches all the extras

It doesn’t seem to fit my rangemaster professional 110 gas cooker, even though it’s sold as part of the rangemaster accessories. It’s really good quality well made but they don’t specify on the website what cookers it actually fits, so you just assume it fits all rangemaster cookers. It’s really annoying as it’s ideal for cooking with if I could use it.

Excellent quality addition to my cookware, great for everything from kebabs, burgers, vegetables to flat breads and pancakes. Fits neatly over two gas rings, effectively allowing two cooking temperature zones. Really pleased, I should have bought one sooner!

Arrived damaged nearly a month ago, called to advise that it had a manufacturing fault and was advised that on providing proof of postage a new one would be sent out, that is nearly 3 weeks ago and nothing received or heard.

Really pleased with this. Did my chicken fajitas on this. Will use for cooking my sirloin steaks. The list is endless! So happy I bought this. Easy to maintain and washes well. It will definitely get a lot of use. Thoroughly recommend.

In stock when ordered and paid but was told a week later it was out of stock. Very disappointed as it was for a birthday gift. I have no confidence to order anything else from them now .

Dear Mr Allen,
Our website is updated regularly to ensure that the stock levels displayed are accurate, however during busy periods, there may, very occasionally be discrepancies.
If an item is low in stock, and two orders are placed simultaneously for the same item, the system may not update quickly enough to refresh stock levels. This does mean that there is a very small chance, that a low stock item can then go out of stock once the order has been confirmed.
I do fully appreciate how frustrating this can be and can only offer our most sincere apologies that we are now unable to completely fulfil your order. We would recommend checking the availability of the required item on the AGA Cookshop website and replacing your order, alternatively, we can keep the outstanding order line open and look to send this to you once stock is available. Please note, the latter option is only available on non-sale items.
Best wishes,
AGA Cookshop
