Agando made buying my wife's computer a breeze. from configuring a few upgrades on the site to ordering to delivery it was all smoothly and efficiently done. I was kept informed at every stage of the process,from order confirmation to the build happening to shipping. buying online doesn't get any better than this.

I had an excellent experience with Agando from start to finish. Great product, price, customisation, delivery, customer service - very happy with everything. My new gaming PC performs amazingly well, and is really well built. The delivery time was a bit long at 15 days from order to receiving the computer, but there was a bank holiday in between. All things considered, it was much less hassle than buying all the bits and building it myself, and having done the sums it didn't cost much more either. Add to that the guarantee, and it's a no brainer. I highly recommend Agando and would definitely use them again.

I usually don't post reviews but my experience with Agando is perfect. I was a bit stressed since there not that many reviews. But my computer I ordered arrived on time. The customer service answers quickly and my computer had no problem. Everything was smooth. 5/5, definitely recommend it

I strongly advise against doing business with Agando. I encountered problems with my computer from the moment I received it, as it would not turn on properly. I had to send it back to Agando for repairs, but despite my urgency (as this computer is essential for my work), I did not receive it back until 4 weeks later. After that, I noticed that my graphics card was making a strange noise (a "cold noise") when it was pushed to its limits, which was unusual for a new card. Additionally, the image would randomly disappear, forcing me to constantly turn the computer on and off.
I sent the computer back a second time for repairs, which was received by Agando on March 27th, but to this day, I have still not received the computer back. I have repeatedly expressed the urgency of the situation, but I have been without my work tool for several weeks. When I contacted customer service, I learned that the computer had not even been analyzed and had been sitting on a shelf for 5 weeks. The customer service offered no alternatives other than to wait without giving me a specific repair date.
Therefore, I have decided to put an end to this bad experience and will file a report.
Avoid doing business with Agando if you want to avoid problems.

Excellent service & communication

The PC arrived not working, the components seemed to work but the screen would not turn on (graphic card error I guess) and when I contacted the technical service they asked me to fix it myself by adjusting the thermal paste, warning me that if I did something wrong I would lose the warranty, so I decided to return it, and it was a tedious process that lasted weeks, and when finally they returned my money they made me pay the shipping costs even though it was not my fault at all. I will NEVER buy anything from Agando again!

the pc tower is working great but could not be considered as gaming pc tower as the gpu overheat while launching games.
I had to add 2 fans (one should have been enough) for the airflow to be correct and stop that issue.
i think a gaming pc tower like this one should not be sold to newbes, everything else is perfect.

The building of the PC was nice and the transport was very safe. Very good job !

I'm really happy with the PC so far (a couple of weeks in use now). Although it took almost a month until it arrived to The Netherlands. If Agando-Shop communicated a little bit more about the progress and why it took so long I would have give them 5 stars.
