Good website, with good offers, and employees are receptive/available when we need information about the order. Answers are quick and precise.

However, some things could be improved :
- for foreign customers, the automated emails could be sent in english at least (I had to translate them myself in google traduction since I do not speak german)
- Information more precise/relevant during the processing time.

Exceptional build quality, delivered on time given the hardware shortage. Their prices are lower than all the competition out there. Extreme attention to detail on the build,tidy and clean. 5 out of 5 experience DEFINETLY recommend.

First of all I am sorry, I don't speak German. However it is not a problem to order on Agando. A mail warn you at every step of preparation, delivery is fast and neat and the product is perfect, especialy for the price.
I recommand them.

This is decent shop that offers wide range of payment options, and their products are top quality. The most interesting part is you don't need to buy insurance for new product, which only proves that they are better and sure about items they sell. Would buy again for sure

I am extremely impressed by Agando. I was pricing up the components to make my own computer when I discovered that Agando could make up the same computer for less. I bought the computer from Italy and I was worried, but everything went perfectly, excellent customer service and fast response. product with excellent components and safe packaging, delivered ahead of schedule, no downsides. I also highly recommend for those who buy from Italy.

I am not sure if I am writing this in the right place for I don't speak German, but I wanted to share my experience which was really great. I live in France and my Agando computer was delivered in time, without any problem on the build or on the pieces. I have compared with French sellers and Agando had the lowest prices. Plus I don't have to bother myself with a security system, Bullguard came with the pc. I would recommend Agando without a doubt.
