In my experience I found them to be dishonest and untrustworthy. You cannot trust their product or what they say. I dealt with Mihai.
Found out that they tempered with the mileage to sell the car for much more than it was worth.
Dramatically much less than the real mileage.
Been consistently faching sensor and engine issues since I bought it. I was patient until now. But I have now confirmed that actually they are a rip off.
Avoid them.

I could not buy a car online from these gents at agb…they offered it all to me - videocall, all info in regards to the car, 12 months mot, fresh service, 12 months free nationwide warranty and delivered the car the same day ( I guess I was were wee lucky as I lived only 30 miles away )

I do have to say that after getting the car I did found a couple of small issues with the car and naturally concerned I contacted them but Mihai put me at easy as he arranged for someone to collect the car from me the following morning and surely he had it back later afternoon with all bits done

As it all started with a simple phone call to find out if the car that we saw and liked on autotrader was still available everything went smooth from then onwards - test drive, spoke about finance options, explained how everything works around finance agreements and more important the increase in rates from bank or england ( which I was shocked to see how much Mihai knew about ! ) then proceeding with the application which came back as successful within 35 minutes, signed documents and less than an hour from out arrival at AGB we drove back home and pack for our weekend trip to Cornwall in the car we purchased from AGB.

what can i say these guys were brilliant from start to finish , i purchased my car from them and Mihal was very professional and my car was delivered the next day , unfortunately there was a slight gearbox problem, but there was no hestation from Mihal about rectifying this and and next day came back with another vehicle for me to drive whilst they sorted my car , Bev who delivered the car was so nice ,i cant recommend these guys enougth ,professional ,excellent customer services a pleasure to deal with

Mihai and AGB cars are very professional and always on hand to help as much as they can, finance was all sorted in one day and I drove away, they used Connected Car Finance for my application which was simple and easy and I received a Great Deal!

I bought a car online from agb some months back, and I must admit that I was apprehensive about purchasing a car online, not seeing it first hand, being able to test drive it but after doing some research I understood that this is mainly what they do so I got in touch with them - call at 11:30, videocall at 11:45, purchase invoice emailed at 11:50, paid at 12:00 and booked for delivery the following day at 08:00 just before school run ! AMAZING !!!!

Overall I was really impressed with the quality of the service and I have no complaints at all! the car is brilliant and the whole process was SPOTLESS !

The team at AGB was professional and helpful. They did a brilliant job assisting us to find the right car ( we had lower budget compared to the value of the car we were after ). We were anxious a little bit as we have been searching for a while and we desperately needed a car to do the school run as our old Citroen broke down. We found the car that was matching our requirements and budget so we got an independent RAC inspection done on the car. The car turned out to be in a perfect condition. Thumbs up AGB CARS

Highly efficient service even during an extremely busy day with quite a few customers waiting to see cars they still answered all my questions and did not rush me into a decision.

Initially I was a bit reluctant into buying an automatic as I never drove one before so they took me on a test drive and taught me all the ins and outs of my new purchase which is a brilliant bmw 1 series 2017 with alloys recently refurbished and resprayed!!!

Went on sunday to buy a car, checked it previously on autotrader to make sure it has all the bits I like, checked AGB CARS on reviews and I was impressed to see how good they are at delivering a marvellous shopping experience for their customers so I embarked on this stressing quest of getting the right car from them.

I got there quite late, pleased to say that they waited for me and I didn’t get rushed even though they were well over their closing time.

Sales person offered me a test drive which I took them up on their offer and 10 minutes later after sitting down and talking about the car and looking through paperwork I was happy to see that they serviced the car themselves before sale, had it MOT’d with new pads and discs it was a no brained for me - SOLD!

I did not feel as though I was getting the “hard sell” treatment in fact the opposite.

Trust seller!!!

Bought a X5 from AGB about 2 months ago. After a few weeks the breaks had started to become spongy and sometimes not work at all. Bought the car back to AGB after speaking to Mihai and they were very understanding and couldn’t do enough to help. They replaced several hoses, pipes and other parts and there was still an issue when I drove the car back. Again they were very sorry and asked to have the car back for a few days to resolve the issue. Bev was brilliant and remembered that we have a large family so managed to get us a 7 seater Discovery Sport for us to use while they worked on the car. They also realised that the front drive shaft was short on life, so replaced this without charge. They even have offered to transfer some funds across for the petrol I’ve used going back and forth. All in all AGB have without a doubt been the most customer focused car sales company I have ever dealt with. Buying cars can be a nightmare but I have to give these guys credit where it’s due, they make the whole process easy and pleasant, but the after care is better than any dealership I have ever encountered. If your buying a car buy here. They are fair, reasonable and honest. They even popped to costa and got me and my son coffee while we waited! Amazing.

Review for AGB Cars

Let's start with the good. The guy we dealt with secondly was very friendly and understanding. That's all that's good about this dealer.

Now the bad... Took a week to view the vehicle as the guy on the phone said his wife was driving the vehicle, which turned out to be a lie as there were only 2 miles added on compared to the photos of the speedometer that were online. when we finally got to view the car on our way to the dealer, he phoned us to say can they have more time to get the car ready as it needed work doing to it. finally getting to view the car it was nothing like the photos, the seat was disgusting and marked up badly like it had done 100,000, not 50,000, with what looked like vomit in the rear seat belt. The front bumper was damaged and had huge panel gaps that I could get my fingers through. The rear sensors didn't work, missing a handle for the boot floor. Also, the smell was horrendous like stale smoke and wet dogs. These are just a few of the many things we found wrong with the car (and we're not even mechanics, so goodness knows what else could be wrong). We brought these to the attention of the dealer, he said that if we buy the car he would keep hold of it and repair the long list of issues, and we'd have to have a loan car for the time. We took it for a test drive, there was an awful knocking noise coming from the front wheel. Got back and told the dealer there are too many problems for us, he didn’t seem shocked or anything. So we believe he knew about the issues but was hoping we’d take the car and not notice anything. Our finance company (we half financed and half p/x) had already sent the money to the dealer (against our advice but that's a different story) after we declined the car he said he’d send the money back on the Monday (this all happened Saturday afternoon) week passed and they hadn’t bothered to send the money back. Which we needed to purchase another car. Our finance company had to send this to collections as they were refusing to send the money back. Lucky this has all been sorted and we are now happily driving a much better car with not one issue.

So my advice to you is AVOID, AVOID, and also AVOID!!!!!

Not recommending at all. Car delivered damaged as they said there is no damage. No support after sale.Kind of cheaters. Stay away.
They gonna sell you car and then disappear .

They are really nice people, and they help you doesn’t Matter if you don’t know much about..

Excelent service. Got my car and whenever I had an issue they quickly fixed it. Highly recommendable company.
