I choose the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course with Melanie as I wanted a course to be led by a subject matter expert. And I have to admit that was an absolutely right decision!

The course itself is extremely intense and you really need to do all pre-course reading and have an understanding of the models, so you can actively participate in conversations regarding the applications of the models.

The pre-reading, course structure and learning approach used by Melanie make sure that you get to the exams feeling confident and prepared, but especially that you can apply the learnings to your real life situations. An amazing 5 days of learning about change - with plenty of discussion in breakout groups, and time for individual quiet work which I really appreciated. Passed both exams without too much pain, but with a lot leaned. It was good to hear about all the other participants' change projects too. Thank you Melanie!

I really enjoyed this training. It was very intense and fast-paced, but time flew by as Mélanie has an interesting and very personal training method. The other trainees were an impressive group, and I got a lot out of my exchanges with them as well. I passed the two certifications with no difficulty, despite having limited change management experience prior to the training.
