Terrible customer services!
I had brought a sureflow water pump that was faulty 2 mothes ago. I have rang and emailed the company over and over again with no answer on the email and the phone just rings out now I am £150 out of pocket and no better off! Disgusting customer after care

Check fully before ordering!
I ordered and paid for an Eduramaxx tank for this firm on the basis that it clearly stated it on the website this was carriage paid. I was then charged £35 by the website for carriage. When I queried this, the owner said that the offer would not be honoured, despite it still being on the website three days later. No delivery date had been provided. On chasing this and saying he had a legal obligation under to supply at the price stated, the owner then cancelled the order and removed the web pages. This old fashioned behaviour is not going to win this firm many friends.

We're sorry to hear that the changes from one of our suppliers caused problems on this occasion and our honesty as to what had occurred wasn't to your satisfaction. Our attempts to work with you on this order were unfortunately not right for you, hence the reason for us cancelling your order. We've now removed the products concerned so that they can be reviewed and amended as necessary before being available for sale again.

Very happy with the customer service quick response to any question. I ordered some nozzle caps lunchtime are and were delivered the next day. super happy and super fast
