We have used this company several times. Each time with great results.Last visit was to remove charger head that had detatched & was stuck in i-pad. They removed this immediately, checked i-pad & charged.
They didn't even charge us for work done.
What a great company.

Great service and excellent quality ID cards for my staff. Cards arrived sooner than expected, keep it up guys. Intact with the card holder and the lanyard. I just smile just by seeing how the packaging and presentation of the IDs. ☺️

Another set of id cards , a low quantity order but still given top service and good communication and a great quality .

The service they offer was very professional as demonstrated in a recent purchase with Ahead Solutions for some staff ID cards. Highly available staff were happy to respond to the last minute order over the weekend.

I had designs sent to me within the hour. Lee from the design team was very flexible and allowed me to customise these further.

Albeit I made a small order, Ahead Solutions still treated me as a valued customer.

Absolutely fantastic! I needed ID badges for my company with a quick turnaround the product is fantastic and Lee was able to sort me out! Fantastic communication I shall be using him again in the future!

I purchased a Dementia Medical ID Alert bracelet from this company. Upon receipt the product is not as described (the word dementia is not visible) and not fit for purpose so I requested a refund and to return the product £29.99 plus £2.95 postage. Ahead Solutions refused to refund saying the product is made to measure which is totally untrue. This is the only product I have requested a refund from via Amazon in the last ten years. DO NOT BUY this product, the company are very unreasonable and I feel miss-selling products.
