I purchased a 2019-2020 Honda Civic Temperature Ac Heater Climate Control - 79602-Tba-A91zb from these scammers on ebay, they shipped or delivered the part to the incorrect. I proved that the package was never received and that I had to purchased the part from another seller on ebay. They refused my refund via ebay and PayPal. Real scammers don't purchase from this company

Only company n the world that does not let you know the postage charge until you have paid for the item. Postage charge for internal UK was £9.50. Refunded £3.60 on complaint. Sour taste in my mouth. I am not the only Austin Champ owner to have observed this rip off...

Ordered a used center console for my girlfriends Mazda 6 in November of 2022 as a Christmas gift for her. I verified with the websites VIN checker that the part would fit her vehicle and ordered after confirming. Once Christmas rolled around, we went to installing her gift in her car. Turns out the part does not fit her vehicle and the console would not fit into the trim pieces and had different mounting structures compared to her old one. After reaching out to the company to request a return or exchange, they told me they would not do anything to remedy the issue after 30 days of purchase even though I was told the part would fit on their website. Now my girlfriend has a $120 paper weight for Christmas... nice. I even offered to pay shipping back and forth and any differences in cost for a fitting part and they gave me excuses to not have to deal with accommodating the issue. 1/10 customer service, go somewhere else if you need used parts.

After getting quotes of 800 bucks or more for having this part replaced and nearly 600 for the part, I found this used option for 125.
