I should have realised from the off when I thought that they were using different staff names to appear "bigger" that they probably weren't for us but I (stupidly) fell for the "cheap" prices - 3 years later and they want to charge us thousands to leave our contract when they have been utterly useless all the way through - keep clear...

Shambolic to say the least and they never stick to there word and lied about the contract lengh

Avoid! Very slimy company who promised us to reduce our print costs with fake quotes, we ran out of prints very early and they charged us 5 times as much.

Furthermore could not provide toners in time or repairs.

I would not deal with this company if they were the last option available to me.

I am astonished to have to write this in 2022. I was unable to issue a 0 review, therefore had to complete this as 1. The service I have received from this company has been appalling. An error had been made their end when calculating quantities of the service package, when this was noticed (our end), rather than receipt of an apology for the mistake and try and work with us, we received no acceptance there was an error (although we had written confirmation). We did however get a poor attempt of being held over a barrel until payment for an additional invoice was sent. The audacity for blame shifting with evidence in front will forever leave a bad taste.
