AVOID! We took out a 24-month contract with Vodafone through Air-telecom in which Air-telecom was supposed to pay us a credit each month of the contract however the last three months of credit over £2000 were never paid. We have been chasing the remaining three credits for 6 months now with no success and Air-telecom are no longer communicating with us.

Read the T&C's and even if you read them will still not help you
My experience as a business was very poor with Air Telecom, they will mesmerize you with some rates that they will not adhere to, I have found at the end of my contract that I could not cancel it entirely, that I have subscriptions I don't own but pay for them. Manni Sehmi said to me that people are dying and I care about mobile subcriptions cost.

Checks those T&Cs - you don't own any of the equipment you have brought. We were shocked to find we were expected to return five years' worth of equipment that we had paid for or pay fees of over £20k. As a UK charity that always paid in full and on time, it was shocking to see the lengths they went to to try and get some extra money out of us now we are moving away.
Please check the Crown Commercial Service framework for charities in a similar boat. Now dealing directly with O2 with an account manager that couldn't be more accommodating, and the best part, all for around £1 a user. When we shared this with Manni, he claimed it wasn't possible and that we'll be back within a month. One year later, we are still delighted with the move and encourage others to do the same.
