BAIT AND SWITCH
Worked with Wayne Emerson and we felt like he was trying to work with us. As i was researching on the flights at the same time, I saw a quote from Expedia at a good price, shared it with him and he's indicated he was going to beat the price. He did beat it by $30, despite the fact that it's only $30, we opted to go with him in lieu of Expedia where we garner points for future travel because we felt that he was working in our favor. So we did the purchase and when everything was said and done, received a call from Wayne stating that the price went up by $30. I felt like i have no other choice but to say to go ahead as he has all of our credit card info, etc. Both my husband and I felt that it was a bait and switch tactic. Afterwards he told us that he can give us a $200 credit for future travel but not really planning on using them again. There's a saying, fool me once, "shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Don't want to fall on the same bait and switch tactic twice.
An update from Air Business response.
I have updated the rating from 2 stars to 3 stars for honoring the initial price and reversing the additional $30 per passenger charge. I would have changed it to 4 stars. How, since this post, I have received calls multiple from Wayne wanting that i edit the original post to a positive (hence insinuating that I lie) or delete it. At this point, I just wish that he would stop calling me.
