The air conditioning unit arrived in…
The air conditioning unit arrived in packaging that looked like ot had been repaired.
When I opened it the air conditioning unit casing was cracked very badly in two places.
I suspect it had been dropped and no one did the honest thing, DPD just patched up with thier tape and sent it to me anyway.

Thank you!! Delivered early, in the middle of a heat wave!! Availability and shipping looked like a week long wait but they managed to get our AC unit to us Friday rather than Monday as originally estimated. They understood the assignment. Good service.

Amazing unit, be wary of EU plug and no adapter
Overall, easy buying experience, unit is great, slight downside is I didn't see anywhere that the unit came with a Type F plug (EU), luckily voltages etc are the same so a fused adapter has done the trick, great addition for the next heatwave

I read the reviews and was sceptical, but...
I read the reviews and was sceptical, especially since many people mentioned that their deliveries were late or that they never received their products. I can only assume that the stock quickly depleted due to the heat wave. I made my purchase on Friday, and it arrived as promised the following Tuesday. I was really happy because we have a newborn at home, and now I can rest easy knowing she will be cool.
My only complaint is with DPD. They stated that they would only deliver if someone was home and that they would take a photo with the door open to prove the delivery, especially since the unit cost £700. However, DPD did not follow through with this. True to form, they delivered it to the wrong address and left it on the doorstep. Fortunately, I recognised which house it was on my street and went to collect it. The people at that house weren’t home either, so it was left outside in plain view.

Air Con unit with no outside unit
Air Con unit with no outside unit. Easy to order and quickly delivered, but that's where the positives end, I'm afraid. The information regarding the the ventilation holes required has been watered down in favor of a quick and easy sale. The reality is somewhat different. It is NOT easy to drill holes into outside wall, and I would go as far as saying that it could be detrimental to your property. I struggled to get anyone to come and drill 180mm holes into my 40cm thick wall. When I called the customer service, I was passed around with people ablivious to what services they actually provide. In the end I returned the product. Do I recommended this product, not on your nelly.

Brilliant
Just bought our second electriq air on unit we got the first one for the garden room which was so hot I wasn’t expecting great things due to the low price but it works and looks perfect and it comes as a complete kit, the next big heatwave came and we got one for the house it took a little longer to come and I was worried the stock had run out so I contacted customer services who were great and apologised for the delay and it was delivered a few days after so really happy with the service and the products

Great radiator, slow delivery
The experience started badly because I paid for delivery on a specific Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Luckily the delivery driver left it outside and I got a refund of some of the delivery costs.
Now positives! The radiator is exactly what I wanted. It was relatively easy for a diy-er to fit to the wall. The instructions were easy to follow. All of the necessary screws and wall plugs were included so I didn't have to buy anything extra. It sticks out 10cm from the wall which is ok for my space.
