I have ordered twice as the masks (lite) are solid, comfortable, and look good. They are comfortable behind the ear and still seal the mouth and nose well. Even my 4yo likes his over the cloth masks he would wear.

The only issue I have had is with the shipper DHL and their duty charges. You place the order and get “free shipping” at a certain dollar amount then DHL comes knocking for import duty. The first time was for $19 so was not happy. I reached out to Airinum and the were nice enough to cover half. On my second order for the exact same quantity of goods DHL charged over $50! I complained directly with DHL and they dropped the charge to $17… below the amount charged on the first order. I advised Airinum of this and they again offered to cover half. Airinum has been good to deal with, the masks are great, but the shipper DHL is a hot mess.

I purchased 2 AIRINUM 2.0 masks for my wife and I. And the product itself is good, the design and the quality is nice. BUT the reason for my 1 star review is that all the airlines that we flew with declined the mask and we were forced to have it exchanged. We flew with American, British, Finnair, Wizzair and Ryanair airlines. All 5 of them declined your mask. I feel misled since nothing was mentioned on your website when I visited your FAQ & Policy page.

The customer service ignored my feedback by recommending me to buy an Urban Air Mask from you. Which doesn't make any sense considering that the previous mask was declined.
I wasted 150euro on masks that I can't travel with. You should mention that information on your website that airlines don't accept your model and that we should bring additional masks.

My wife and I both have stage 4 cancer so proper masking is critical for us. Your product meets our needs. I recently ordered replacement filters. I inadvertently ordered some that were incorrect. When I receive this order, the incorrect box was dented. When I returned it, I left a note attached to the box indicating it was dented when received. The outer cellophane wrapper was never opened. Your response denied the credit, saying it was opened… it never was… it is easy to identify the filters because there is an image of the filters on the outside of the box. It was evident it was incorrect and never opened.

I recently puchased two of these masks comfortable easy to assemble and fit. Yes they are a little more expensive than other masks, but what price your health. I have started a bit of a revolution in my home town with many friends now ordering them, delivery from Fedex only took a few days. All around I am a happy shopper

We’ve had good luck with these masks and have found them to fit well and to be comfortable. The adjustable straps make fitting it to the face simple. I like being able to swap out the filters, and washing the cloth portion of the mask has always gone well (I allow it to air dry, rather than putting it in a dryer.) Their customer service has been polite and responsive when we got a set of subpar filters where the foam nose bridge would come loose after minimal use. They replaced them quickly, based on photos I sent of the problem.

The lite mask has worked more than perfectly for me, it’s comfortable and practical. Durable and great quality, their customer service is top notch as well!

I had ordered two Urban Air 2 masks for my daily wear away from my clinic and I had questions regarding the mask prior to their arrival. My questions were promptly and very thoroughly answered via email. I have done thorough research as a healthcare physician, and upon their arrival I can say that the masks fit into my needs excellently. Exquisite, thoughtful packaging, and the masks are made of high quality materials using high craftsmanship and design processes. A must recommend to other healthcare professionals needing quality masks outside the workplace.

Quick to resolve my issue and was very quick to respond always. Good to see a company like this hiring the correct people.

After a lot of research, These masks were recommended by my son who has had to fly & work all over Europe during covid so our family has purchased a few of them in the past yr, they feel secure & sturdy, I just had a problem with one loop tearing- but the company have been brilliant at organising a quick fuss free replacement - would highly recommend

Quick and friendly responses from customer service. The mask is SO comfortable. And since it gets worn 12 hours per day, it's a godsend.

I am delighted with my med size pink Lite Air mask, it fits perfectly and is comfortable, plus sufficient space between mouth and the mask which is important to me. Customer support advised me on size and amazingly efficiently helped get one to me on time for an event that I needed it for. Very grateful.

Was worried that something went wrong with my order as a few days has passed and i have not received my tracking number, so i sent an inquiry requesting for it. on the same day i received notification of the tracking number and Shirley contacted me the next day making sure that i received the tracking number.

I had a problem with my shipment. The GLS parcel services software was indicating that the parcel has been delivered even though I did not receive my order. The Airinium customer support was very prompt with their response to my inquiry made through their shop’s customer support interface. They have contacted GLS and managed to locate the parcel and organised smooth handover of the parcel to me. Great, supportive and prompt service!
