They took £500 from our debit card for…

They took £500 from our debit card for unreturned linens that they declared “lost”. we have returned the “lost” linens and still we have not been refunded. Very frustrating and time consuming. Also the sheets often come with stains on them.i do not recommend this company

Absolutely terrible quality and cleanliness of rental linen

The communications were good but the quality and cleanliness of the laundry rental products was like a bad joke! When the initial delivery arrived we thought we'd been sent a bag of dirty laundry instead of clean! Bedding stained, towels ripped, the only thing that was clean was the tea towel on the top of the pack! I complained of course and two days later was sent another load that was not usable, no thanks!!

Very disappointing service from…

Very disappointing service from Airlinen. Communication and organisation seem very poor — they rarely get back to you on anything. A few things that stood out:
• We paid for our sofa and carpets to be professionally cleaned, only to later be told they couldn’t do it. If we hadn’t noticed the charge ourselves, the money would have been taken without us knowing.
• Damp towels had been folded back into the cupboard.
• The fridge still had old food left inside, including milk that had gone off, even though we’d asked for it to be cleared.
• The stairs we specifically asked to be cleaned hadn’t been touched.
• The bed was left made up with dirty linen, despite our request for it to be left unmade.
• While the rest of the place was just about clean, there was a thick layer of dust above the bedroom wardrobe — it really didn’t feel like anyone had checked properly.

To top it off, we’re still waiting for them to come and collect their own linen and towels.

Overall, the whole experience felt careless and not what we expected. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend Airlinen based on this stay.

• Linen/towel collection: Our client care team will arrange with you in the next 90 minutes.
• Re-clean offer: We would love to arrange a no‑charge re‑clean focused on the stairs, fridge, and high‑dusting above wardrobes at your convenience.

What we’re changing
• We have asked our tech team to add a hard check so extras (like carpet/sofa cleaning) can’t be booked in your area unless available
• We are investigating what the root cause of your issues are and running through them with the team in our next focus meeting
• One point of contact for each booking to ensure messages are answered same‑day.

We have had the pleasure of working with Airlinen for years now.
As a company that manages serviced apartments, cleanliness is paramount, and we couldn't ask for a more reliable company.
They are always responsive and accommodating to requests, ensuring guests experience a clean and spotless environment upon arrival.
Whether we need them on short notice or require specific cleaning requests, they've maintained an outstanding level of service and alway adapt for our needs with ease.

Great team!

The Airlinen Team has been instrumental in running my serviced accommodation business. The cleaners, the ops team and the linen team are very professional, they listen to feedback very carefully and work harder to improve on them. My properties have also received awards as they have been highly rated by guests. I could not have run this business without the support of this incredible team that works really hard to make the property appealing to the guests.

Rubbish Service

We bought 2 pairs of King Size flannelette sheets. One blue, One grey.
After delivery we checked the the packages. They were different sizes by 8cm. So we opened them and the quality between the sets was massive the blue set was beautiful, the set grey felt thread bear and thin..
We washed the grey set, the fella to bits, contacted Airlinen. Told of troubles and asked for replacement BLUE set. OK no problem. They sent Grey exactly the same 💩.
Customer service obviously had a bad understanding of our problem and really slow to respond. Still trying to resolve but we given up hope

I booked Airlinen for the first time…

I booked Airlinen for the first time last month and I am very disappointed. For my first booking I was only sent a scheduling email which clearly had my job completion time. There was no cleaner till 2 hours before my finest guest arrived and no answer on the phone or WhatsApp, Rather than apologising for a mess up with a new customer, they say I did not accept a WhatsApp group invite they had sent to me weeks ago. I had expected better communication and service from this company. I am looking for a better company now.

None of them ever answers the phone

None of them ever answers the phone. I have been charged twice for a linen delivery and it is not possible at all to speak to anyone. Also, we are going round and round in circles. It was someone's very dressed up girlfriend who picked up my linen, so no wonder it has gone missing - maybe still in her car? I'm owed over £67 and no idea what to do about it.

I've been using Airlinen's cleaning…

I've been using Airlinen's cleaning service for my vacation rentals, and I couldn't be happier. They're always reliable, and their cleaning is excellent. What really makes a difference is their eye for detail. it's exactly what's needed to keep my guests satisfied. Thanks to their hard work, my guests have consistently left fantastic reviews. Airlinen has been crucial in helping me maintain the quality my guests expect.

Expensive - Unprofessional cleaning and service

I was very excited at first but it turned out to be one of the unforgettable inconveniences I had experienced.

Prices are high with poor customer service. The cleaning is even worse.

I didn't get the value of my money at all. Such a shame.

Ideally, you can expect a standard cleaning but even the linens are very worn out.
