Very responsive team, great communication, both via text and phone, there was issue with pots in the kitchen and it was resolved quickly, housekeeping guy Sam was brilliant and very courteous.

The stay at Stylish Penthouse in Canary Wharf was absolutely amazing. Views are stunning and the place was wonderful. Definitely recommend

Had a great stay at Jeremy’s Place.
Perfect location, 5 minute walk from tube station with easy reach of all London has to offer. Apartment was light and airy with plenty of space. Would deffo stay here again whenever I go back to London!

Awful host and and an awful experience. When making the booking I specifically said if you can't do an earlier check in then please do not accept. The request was accepeted wouldn't allow me an early check in and wouldn't allow me to cancel for free. They also advertise a very cheap price but when you get to checkout they add taxes of the same amount i.e i thought i was paying £135 to find out it's £256.

Also the property is nothing like the pictures it's pretty digusting. The only benefit is the location. Would never book with them or through them or recommend

Perfect location between London and Heathrow airport. Close to West Drayton Station. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely garden. Staff answered all requests promptly. We enjoyed our 10 days stay with family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). We felt like at home. Thank you!

The apartment we rented in London was reasonably priced, well-located, clean, and matched the pictures and description.

We were informed after booking that the key needed to be picked up from a shop about 10 mins walk from the apartment. In our case this wasn't a problem.

We didn't have much interaction with AirOperate since everything went quite smoothly, but when we did they responded within around an hour (we always messaged within working hours). Our security deposit (£200) was returned a week after checkout.

The flat was excellent, very clean, well equipped with everything you would need, two double beds and a double sofa bed, and very spacious rooms. Easy access to transport and a good quiet residential location, very quiet at night, I would happily use this company and their accommodation again

We’ve been using AirOperate to host our corporate clients and I’ve always found them to go an extra mile to accommodate us. They always seem to have access to amazing properties across London. It’s hard to get get longer let’s in London in summer and their access to properties and their access to property networks have never let us down.

I recently stayed at an Jame’s Place in Central London and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, too, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would highly recommend this Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you to the host for making my trip so enjoyable!

This company is a total scam, full of lies, they make uninformed charges, keep holding of your personal data and documents, useless in managing your properties. I used their Airbnb management service for two months, and ended up with a lot of stress and financial loss.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb property and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From start to finish, the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

The property itself was absolutely stunning, with all of the amenities that I could possibly need. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was also perfect, situated in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood that was just a short walk away from some of the city's top attractions.

One of the things that really stood out to me about this Airbnb was the attention to detail that the host had put into making my stay as enjoyable as possible. From the comfortable bedding to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was thoughtfully designed to make me feel right at home.

I see the company as utter and total scam.

They promised me to to take care of my property; they were very happy to take my money, but then they had gone completely silent.

After my several urgencies they started to seem doing something, but their service was utterly horrible.

They were doing mistakes followed by other mistakes followed by other mistakes followed by other mistakes.

My experience with them was completely and utterly extremely horrible and exhausting.

This company in fact cost me huge amount of money and in total with all the money I put in and I have not received any profit from this company at all. One of the client of the company even severely damaged my property and they could not be bothered to fixed the damage they had done to my property - what a joke!!!

After I urged them to do anything about it, the company went completely silent!!!

I see this company as a scam company and essentially con artists.

This company used to have different profile here, but that profile is not here any more; I guess due to the so many negative reviews they had been forced to delete their old profile.

There had been possible to see in my view huge amount of faked positive reviews of this company as well as I would say that there is huge amounts of faked positive reviews of this company on this profile of this company.

My recommendation would be; if you would like to save some of your nerves stay away from this company by all cost!!!!

I had been dealing with them I believe around 2020, which is not possible to set it up here - what a coincidence ... .

The location is excellent and the accommodations are just as described and matched the pictures perfectly. We stayed as a family of four and had more than ample room. There is a washer/dryer, too which was very convenient. The wifi worked great, as did the heater, and all of the appliances. Even though the location is near a busy area, we found the place quite quiet. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for clean, spacious accommodations. Getting the key was a little tricky as we had to walk about a 0.25 miles to the locale to pick it up, but it was a very easy and straightforward walk.

Great accomodation in the city centre! Everything was well communicated and prepared.
