Extremely professional and efficient
Extremely professional and efficient, made the enquiry on Tuesday and by Thursday an engineer had visited and rectified the issue with our Air Conditioning unit.

Aircon Failure
Our Aircon stopped working and we needed to close our business as we provide gymnastic classes to children and the heat was unbearable.
Bethany and Victoria responded very efficiently and explained the process very well - it was clear to me they had a difficult time accomodating so many customer with Aircon issues but with in 48 hours it was booked and 2 very professional engineer came on site and fixed the Aircon within 4 hrs.
I would highly recommend Air Options for their respond time, customer service and professionalism on site assessing and fixing the issue.

We have always had a great experience working with Air Options. We recently had a new unit fitted in our bakery and the whole project ran very smoothly from initial site visit, to the planning, and finally the installation. Air Options always work around our companies needs which is greatly appreciated.

Very impressed with the swift service and reasonable prices
When our existing Daikin Aircon unit began dripping we called Air Options who quickly arranged a visit and carried out a service on the unit for us, even though we had no existing contract with them.
We were impressed by the swift service and knowledge of their fitters, we have since replaced the original unit with a new larger one and a second unit. All of which was carried out with very little disruption and at a reasonable cost.

Air Options were very professional, fast and helpful when installing our new Air con equipment. We had previously been let down by a few companies and were in urgent need of a cooling system for our beer cellar. Air options couldn't have been more efficient!

Air Con Service
Great team always ready to help. We recently had a Service on our Air Con units and the engineer was here nearly all day. We have never had someone who applied that much attention to detail cleaning and checking the unints to make sure they were working correctly
