Honest and Professional
We've now used Air Options for two installations and also they now hold our annual maintenance contract. We got a few quotes for both sets of work we needed to have done and not only were Air Options competitive from a cost perspective they also listened to our specific needs and gave advise beyond just the questions we asked. The jobs were completed with minimal disruption within a very tight time frame and all staff who attended the site were professional and courteous.

Air options seemed to me to be very professional - we were pleased with their quote - we were pleased with their workmen who were always very polite and bearing in mind the delicate type of service that we offer were always respectful to our clients and staff.

Air Options is a company I would recommend. Reasonably price and very confident on the job.
There was always someone available to speak to if we had a query and was always answered straight away.
They knew what they were doing and are a reliable contractor.

What a cool installation!
Whilst desperate for the air conditioning system to arrive, I was dreading the upheaval of the installation. Was very pleasantly surprised at how little disruption was caused. Your two-man team worked hard and unobtrusively, minimising the disruption to the office, and they ensured that the office was tidy and clean every night. Great job lads!

Office air-con installation
The installers turned up when promised and carried out the job in the expected timeframe. The system works well and the installation is generally tidy and proffessional. The only adverse comments I have are that it was difficult to get some of the guys to abide by our H&S policy (hi-viz clothing, safety glasses, boots are a requirement outside the office and they didn't want to comply despite our supplying the PPE). Also some of the ways they worked didn't really meet our safety procedures e.g. one guy was working off a step ladder which he had balanced on a desk. We don't work that way any more!
Overall very satisfied with the job.
