Poor service mid evening 17/5/23 JetParks 1

Flight arrived back last night in good time and then had to wait outside for 40 minutes for a bus to return to JetParks1 at around 8-8.30pm. Lots of other families waiting and when driver turned up he said he had only just started the shift. Given that the car park is so close to the airport there must have been a good while that there was no bus available at all either collecting customers from the car park and also returning arrivals. Other buses were arriving for the other car parks but not Jetparks 1.

Sad old man

Son just back from holiday dad got confused which part to go to ended up at drop off by mistake before they could leave they had to pay £100 we understand he parked in the wrong place but the attitude of the atendent was shocking he was so rude my husband asked why he wasn't told he couldn't park .he's was told I need to put food on the table and your not getting out till you pay. for a older man to behave like this is disgusting I hope your happy you spoilt my 22 year old son first holiday since lock down he's a break down recovery drive and i hope you break down soon. he had the money to pay but that's not the point can you imagine if you had kids shame on you old man and karma will get

Used T1 Multistorey car park

Used T1 Multistorey car park - was VERY tricky finding the entrance to it, road signage is appalling! The car park itself is so confusing on the inside, signs are UNCLEAR as to whether they lead to exit or further parking. The layout is also very poor. Overcrowded, the only good thing is that it leads straight to the terminal.

I'd probably use again for a short trip, just to save some money but for long term holidays, don't bother, book yourself a taxi and save yourself the hassle. Or book T3 long stay, that is much better.

The customer service through the intercom at least was polite and helpful. It's not their fault that Manchester Airport car parks are some of the least passenger friendly ever! The signage on the road is woeful and terrifying, if you don't know the area and don't want to be charged just for accidentally going through the barriers!
Get it sorted, will you!

Booked a Carpark Space and ever since…

Booked a Carpark Space and ever since £15 a month has been taken from my account from a company called Completesavers - I never signed up or agreed to this. Nice little scam between them and the airport. Be careful booking Carpark Spaces online.

Terminal 1 Meet and Greet is not a M&G…

Terminal 1 Meet and Greet is not a M&G service at all. It’s just an outdoor drop off car park where you have to brave the elements to leave and collect your car. Staff were helpful. It’s a false description of the service.

Poor customer experience

Manchester Airport Terminal 1 Meet & Greet. We returned to our car during the freezing weather in mid December having been away for two weeks. We got to our car at night when it was dark and could obviously not be closely inspected for any damage that wasn't instantly obvious. The next day, in daylight, we noticed that all the door handles were broken (but still working, hence we were able to get in the car). We took the car to the garage who pointed out that all four handles were damaged as a result of someone trying to pull open a frozen shut door. We made a complaint to the airport via Holiday Extras (customer service very good) but it was rejected under the airport's Terms & Conditions as we didn't report the damage at the time. Which would have been impossible as we couldn't see the damage in the dark. Very disappointed with their response. They did not deny causing the damage, just hid behind the Ts & Cs. I'd be interested to hear of any similar experiences from other unhappy customers. Thanks.

Drop off - care price re queues

Just dropped son off at airport - £5 if you gone within 5 mins. However 2 pay stations weren’t working & using the machines isn’t straight forward- with the queues this went up to £6.
Not impressed

Don’t use drop and go

Left my car in drop and go , arrived home at 11.30 pm to a wet car in a dimly lit garage , checked the car as best as possible . The next morning I find paint damaged to a handle . Contacted the airport who took 32 days to respond . Terms say all damage must be reported prior to leaving . Absolute joke .

It's a scam

It's a scam. I was in the car park today and the guy refused to take me to the airport. I have had to pay for another car park. It's the worst experience I`ve ever had with a car park

Security

I would like the security on mid stay car park who kindly covered my car window with plastic as I left my rear window open. Saved the interior from getting wet. Thank you

Convenient but unsafe

Convenient, if you want your car broken into whilst on holiday. Terminal 1 multi storey is to be avoided. 2 cars broken into, no one around to report to. They take your money but don't provide secure car parking. Thought it would be safe but it definitely is not.

They must have been in car a while to light up and evidence of a white powder possible drugs ,very worrying that people are walking around the car parks un challenged ,we could of easily walked into this incident

Sky high prices for meet and greet…

Sky high prices for meet and greet parking but not really any service - just a machine to put your keys in although you will get some help eventually. Don't expect any cash back either as they will almost decline it like they did mine for no given reason - I will certainly avoid if I can.

Misleading pricing and slow shuttle service

Advertised one rate of £53 online but when you booked this went up to £91.99 - almost as bad as the airlines themselves with false marketing claims.
Jet Parks Ringway was easy to find when we dropped the car at 2am but the claimed bus service every 15 minutes didn't happen - nearer 30 minutes before anything turned up.
On return to the airport once again we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for a bus top turn up. The bus was totally unsuitable for transporting passengers with luggage and took a further 30 minutes to visit all the other terminals before we got to the car park - walking would have been quicker.
To summarise - expensive, misleading pricing and poor shuttle services mean we won't be using this parking facility again. Taxis are cheaper and quicker, even coming over the Pennines from Yorkshire!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Atrocious service from start to finish! On the way to the airport we rang as advised and no one answered, kept trying and trying for half an hour and started to panic about where we would park if they didn't answer. Rang parking deals Ltd who are supposed to be the customer service for the company and they said nothing they could do we just had to keep trying to ring the number, not what I call customer service! Eventually they answered and said they would meet us there, we were told we didn't need any money for the driver when I rang parking deals, to the be told by the company that we needed £6, had to find a cash machine and get £10 out, asked for change for the driver to say he didn't have any! I said put the change in the car for when I get back ( when j arrived back the change wasn't there surprise surprise!). On arriving back to UK again struggled to get hold of anyone for 20 mins, we eventually did and said they would be 20-30 mins. Shortly after I received a text from the same number to say their insurance had been revoked and we needed to get a taxi to collect our car!!! Rang back for them to say they were on there way? When they arrived they pulled up outside of the airport on a busg roundabout on double yellows, beeped the horn and told us to hurry up! When we got the car the driver jumped out ans left my car running, got in the car behind and just drove off. Very dodgy indeed! My paintwork is scratched on one side as well where looks like they have opened the door and caught it. They should not be allowed to trade as a company and I will be reporting them
