Quick booking and pick up. Friendly staff but very over priced

Lovely spacious vehicle , helpful driver , easy to book

Going to your desk, ordering a taxi was so easy, it meant we didn’t have to leave the terminal with our luggage, it was so straightforward. The driver was very professional, helpful and polite. I highly recommend your company.

My second time of using airport cars Gatwick, flight delayed, early hours of the morning, 5th June , very tired . Well perfect service, cheaper than Uber BUT the best was the service the driver provided, lady travelling alone , huge suitcase, a real gentleman with fabulous humour on my journey home. Carried my suitcase to the door and ensured I was SAFE . Thank you so much I was to tired to ask you your name .

Quick pick up and drive home, excellent job.

Gave the gentleman at the kiosk our postcode which is about 10 minutes from the airport (we live in Ifield) & was given a price of £18. Got to our door & was told by the driver that the price was £31 & some change. Wouldn’t have minded paying the £31 for the convenience however I find it irritating that the company was not transparent about the charges… not sure if they purposely give a low ball quote in order to secure the custom but either way left feeling a little taken advantage of.

****After exchanging a couple of e-mails I was refunded the difference. I have updated this review to 4 stars as they responded professionally & resolved the issue quickly.

As a business owner myself I understand that things sometimes go wrong & appreciate it’s how these issues are resolved that is a true representation of the organisation.

Quick, easy to book and a fair price

Mine and my boyfriend’s flight got cancelled, we had to get to Stansted in a very short time. Phil got us there in amazing time and was lovely to talk to and extremely polite, he helped us with our cases and bags. Phil saved our day!

Very tired off the London journey as it took longer than expected, decided on a taxi. Lovely staff at kiosk and the driver. Had lots of knowledge that we didn't know about and was helpful.
Car was spotless and comfortable.
Booking was very easy at the kiosk and reasonable price for three tired people.

It was really easy to book from the Kiosk at Gatwick airport. The driver was there quickly. He was very polite and helpful. It was a very smooth drive to the hotel and a very reasonable price too

Absolute shambles of a company

We informed them, the night before, we would be coming back early - and we confirmed the time etc.
Gets to the morning and rings the number, to be told we need to wait 1 hour 30 minutes to be collected from the airport because our 'car isn't ready' - whatever that means.
Then told it would be 45 minutes to be picked up because of traffic, which is a 10 minute drive at most. Had to get a taxi to collect the car as we had a schedule to adhere to.

Choose them if you like, but prepared to be messed around when you actually need to get your car
No apologies, no reasonable excuse, no customer service,clearly don't communicate with each other.
