Do not use Imagine Carpark staff rude…

Do not use Imagine Carpark staff rude wirh no patience for drivers or vehicle owners. When questioning leaving our keys, we were told park elsewhere.
We did leave the car with them but had to check everyday on the car's app to see where it was etc.
If it does say on their website keys need to be left we didn't see it.
I have read other reviews about cars being damaged and I am please to say ours was in one piece. Avoid avoid.

Dreadful company, I left my vehicle with them which I had only had for 4 months, when I returned 10 days later the handover person took my case to my car and put it in the boot conveniently hiding the damage done to my vehicle. He said it should be ok but any problems to let them know. I drove my car home and when i opened the boot to take out my case I saw 3 very large scratches and some scuffs at the side of the boot that had been covered by the person loading the vehicle. I rang immediately- the same person answered - I complained he said he was just the person that returned vehicles. He gave me a number to call someone called Dan the next day. I was subjected to so much abuse and an instant denial of the damage - he said I had no proof and was disinterested calling me a liar - the car was also filthy and all he said was there's a lot of building work going on in Liverpool. He has consistently refused to give me his public liability insurance details. His whole tone, language and attitude has been aggressive, mean spirited, completely disinterested. He said he'd offer to pay a couple of hundred quid towards repairs and that was because he was being nice - unbelievable! Seriously guys this man and this company do not deserve the revenue you provide by giving them your business plus according to my experience with them and the other similar very negative experiences on here, they should be shut down. Heed my warning please before you book with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR!!!

This company has now changed its name probably due to the endless horrendous reviews they have online.

I left my Subaru with them when i went on holiday with my wife and they ragged the thing to death, destroyed the clutch so badly that it smelled like it was on fire when they dropped my car off and i was left paying £800 for a new clutch and £2000 for a full engine rebuild.

DONT EVER LEAVE ANYTHING WITH THESE SCUMBAGS, IT MIGHT BE £20 CHEAPER THAN USING THE AIRPORT MAIN CAR PARK BUT I WOULD PAY £100 MORE IF I HAD TO.

THEY PARK CURTOMERS CARS ON PRIVATE STREETS, THEY DONT LOOK AFTER THEM AND IF ITS A NICE CAR OR A FAST CAR, ONE OF THE W@NKER5 THEY EMPLOY WILL TAKE IT FOR A VERY NICE JOY RIDE AND THEN DENY EVERYTHING

Awful - avoid

Very poor. No idea where they store the cars as there is not much space at the drop off location and cars are parked haphazardly at pickup, adding valuable time as cars are moved to get your car out. Extra charge for pickup and the shuttle bus was not working when we dropped off. Would definitely not use this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT IF YOU…

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AND SEE YOUR CAR STILL INTACT.

Looking at the reviews and I wish I had there are so many complaints about them and still they do nothing.

I left on a cold 5am morning leaving them my Mitsubishi ASX inside their unit.

I returned 2 weeks later with two OAP 80 years olds to be told NO transfer from airport was available for at least half an hour so I walked down and picked my car up.

I was told it was parked in the side road of the unit.

When I got in the car the heating was right down to cold aircon + recirculating on plus the radio which was off when I left it.

As I drove away what I thought was a line of water on the screen was infact a HUGE CRACK.

I picked the OAPs up and went straight back and asked how did this happen.

Given 2 contact details Dan + Jackie who are the owners and told to ring after 10am the following day.

Dan said he would get the lads on nights to look at the so called CCTV.

And there it ends.

Despite my ringing several times during the week he was never in.

Left my contact details AGAIN but no calls.

SO IF I WAS YOU AND YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH A REPUTABLE COMPANY GET HOLD OF THEM AND CANCEL
