I had to cancel my trip because my company cancelled the meeting. I cannot get a refund. So now I lost over $100 that is out of my control.

I do not know who or where your service is located, there is no phone number available to call and I no longer use my Parking Spot app nor gain access to my rewards. I know I won't be able to talk to a person so I will try other ways to actu8ally know who I paid for parking for Sept. 8 thru Sept. 15th. Someone has my payment. Ron Sebeck

The shuttle was nice and clean.
They dropped you off and picked you up right and your designated airline gate.

Best experience I had! I had early flight, parked in gated parking, gentleman was already there waiting on me. So nice and friendly and professional. Will use them again. Ladies this company should be your first choice.

BEWARE! Avoid this company unless you want to be completely frustrated before and after your trip!

I am still very upset with this business. I made my reservation online and paid $180, which was supposed to cover the entire length of stay for my vehicle, including an additional $30 for taxes and lot fees. However, when we arrived, they hit us with an extra $52 charge, claiming it was a $5.00 per day fee because we have an SUV. That brought our total to $232. To make matters worse, they don't even accept credit cards—it is either cash or debit only. Being forced into unexpected fees right before a flight made me absolutely livid. They show you a sign on the wall to "validate" the extra charges, but this was clearly not disclosed as part of the online reservation. If there are variable fees, they should place a hold and explain that the final price will be determined upon arrival at the parking lot.
The nightmare continued when we returned. After a long flight back from Europe, we retrieved our luggage and called the company for our pickup. Can you believe they made us wait outside at terminal C3 for an entire hour? Every time we called, they told us the driver was "15 minutes away." Those 15 minutes turned into an hour because they stop to pick up other people at different terminals, making them even later. It was 90-degree weather, and we were left stranded outside for an hour.
This company is completely dishonest and not forthcoming. Doing business like this—with unexpected hidden fees and terrible service—is incredibly frustrating. We will NEVER use this company again! And I will never recommend this service to anyone.

The information was very clear, and the process went very smoothly.

The whole experience went flawlessly . We have used Park &Go several times and have always appreciated the entire procedure . No fuss, no “ muss”. We’ll see you in October.

Booking was very easy! I selected my dates and was quoted a price that included taxes. I appreciate the fact that I can get a reserved spot in advance. I flew with someone who used Park N Go so I am familiar with the location and closeness to the airport.

Multiple choices with ratings, pricing and location made this easy to find what was convenient for us.

I was not aware that the service used only one shuttle. That confused me, but the hotel receptionist was quite helpful and friendly. The driver was also friendly and quite competent.
