It was easy to make the reservation. I have never used this location before, so only time will tell…

We found the business very unorganized when we first got there. Only 2 people working and we were not very clear on the procedures and the sales staff were not helpful.
I felt I had left my car in a not safe place.
When we picked it up, things were a bit better but still not great for customer service.

It was so convenient and quick. Very pleasant staff.

Quick service and good prices, it's simple to do everything online.

You need to let those of us using the Metro website that you are located, not at 199 98th Ave, but 195 98th Avenue. AND, there is no Metro Parking sign. It is Express Parking sign!

A week earlier for another trip we had paid for Metro, but didn't know about the address change or the sign so we couldn't find you. So we paid for economy parking at the airport AND wasted the money we paid you.

Oh, it gets worse. I called this time and that is the only way I found out about the correct address and sign, but I talked to the person who answered the phone and the person at the lot. Neither could tell me which side of 98th Avenue the Express lot was on. Both implied, but they weren't sure it was on the east side. It is on the west side!

Now you see why I rated you one star.

We have parked through this site for years. It's easy to use and great value prices.

I was trying to use a coupon code and wasn’t able to. It was supposed to be good through September.

Once we arrived ,the process was very quick and professional .the driver of the shuttle dropped us in airport as soon as we left our car in the curbside .I recommend.

Easy to use. Set us up with a great parking company 0.5 miles from Newark Airport. We were greeted immediately and taken directly to the airport.

I have been using the Love parking facilities for years. The service is always good and to book my reservation is very easy.

The parking reservation part of the experience worked great, which makes me feel pretty confident that the actual parking and shuttle portions will be equally smooth.

It was very easy to make the reservation online and drop off my car. However, the attendee wasn’t paying attention (on cell) and put my luggage on a shuttle and while I was walking over to get on, the driver pulled off started to drive away. He did stop and when I got on the shuttle, I confirmed with him that I was going to the jewel of the seas; he said yes, and drove over to the port. He pulled up to a celebrity ship pier and took everyone’s luggage off without asking passengers where they were going, unloaded and took off. Unfortunately, I was going to Royal Caribbean Jewel of the seas, like I stated when I got on the shuttle, and had to walk over to the correct pier with my luggage.

No issues except getting into to the parking lot which may be a little tricky...

It was safe, cheap, and the shuttle drivers were friendly. The only complaint is the wait time can be long if they are leaving as you get to the waiting area.
