I had my ticket for travel to Ghana and Alex Thompson assistance and efforts was excellent. I recommend Air ticket Hub and Alex Thompson for easy and stress free travel.

I found AIR TICKETS HUB LTD while searching online for affordable flights to The Gambia. After leaving my details on their website, I was contacted the next day via WhatsApp by Alex, who was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, patient, and made me feel at ease straight away.
I originally planned to book flights only, but Alex found me a 7‑night all‑inclusive package that was cheaper than what I had been trying to put together myself. He really knows what he’s doing.
When it came to making the payment, I was first asked to pay a 10% deposit, with the rest due at the end of the month. Shortly after, Alex explained that because my travel date was only three weeks away, the finance team required full payment to secure the booking.
Being cautious, I contacted my bank for a scam check. They expressed concerns based purely on the fact that I was communicating through WhatsApp and being asked to pay in full — not because they found anything wrong with the company itself. This made me feel a bit anxious at first.
I called Alex back, and his calm, reassuring manner reminded me why I’d trusted him from the start. I decided to go ahead with the payment — and I’m so glad I did. Within five minutes, I received my full confirmation and e‑tickets, and Alex even called again to make sure everything had come through.
I couldn’t be happier. I’ve got a fantastic deal to a beautiful destination, and the service from Alex was outstanding from start to finish.

I paid a deposit of £50 for a hotel and flight package to Gambia: my confirmation only included details about the flight and no mention of the accommodation etc. When I spoke with Alix, he said I would not receive the full itinerary confirmation untill I had paid the full amount 12 weeks before the holiday. When I told him I wished to cancel the holiday and put this in writing, he then proceeded to send me the full itinerary. I reconfirmed in writing to cancel the holiday. After many text messages and emails he sent me an email to say that I will receive a cancellation in accordance with their policy and procedure in 5 - 7 days. I emailed him on the 7th day and texted him on WhatsApp. He did not respond to my email, he read my WhatsApp message and did not reply. I suggested via text and email that it appears his company is a Scam, and that infact the company appears to consist of One person, himself. It is now day 9, and still no cancellation email or refund, and no response. Buyers Beware of this company! In addition my initial confirmation email was addressed to someone else. When I pointed this out it was corrected, with no apology.

Worst experience ever, not only have I been chasing them for my ticket for almost a week, each time they come up with new excuses why they haven’t issued my ticket. Now they have confirmed receipt of my payment but still no ticket and I’m supposed to be travelling in 4 days. I will never use their services again. Big mistake🤬

I found that the service I received to be spot on the agent Michael was very helpful and understanding to my needs thank you, very much appreciated I would definitely returning
