Waste of time
We bought an air-conditionner last year, it worked for a month. Then we put it away because it wasn't so hot, so we put it back in the box and then in a cupboard.
A (almost) year later, the next summer, we wanted to use it again but it didn't work.
After-sale service took very long (and few unpleasant exchanges) to accept it didn't work properly. They took it back to review and potentially repair it. After a few weeks (again...) we are reimbursed but no proposition of exchange for a new one... It took almost all summer for this result so more than the time it worked...

The units all appear to work perfectly well but the installer struggled with connections and instructions.
