7-10 days delivery is a lie. If you need items quicker than 4-5 weeks then order from another company. Also, beware of putting items in your basket, they will send you an email saying they're delivering an order you haven't even placed for cash on delivery. Scam!
I placed an order with AJR Couture on February 6th and paid RS 120,000.00 I was promised delivery within 30 days. That deadline passed with no update, and I had to chase the company multiple times. They never answer their phone, and responses via WhatsApp or Instagram are extremely rare and often vague.
I have been extremely patient and understanding every time someone eventually got back to me with an excuse or explanation about delays. However, there is only so much patience one can have—especially when I am the one constantly having to chase them for answers about my own order.
I was given two different delivery dates—both months after the original promised timeline—and neither of them were honored. Just before Eid Al Adha, I was told I would receive a refund. We are now months beyond that promise, and I still have not received my money. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to any of my messages.
I have never come across such an unprofessional company in my life. This feels like outright fraud. They took my money, failed to deliver the product, and have now disappeared with no accountability. At this point, I don’t even want the dress—I just want my money back, though I highly doubt that will happen.
If anyone else has had a similar experience, please get in touch. And to anyone thinking of placing an order with AJR Couture: do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. This company is a disgrace.
After wearing the AJR athletic briefs, i will say they hold up and present the comfort i was expecting. I work out on a normal routine basis, and nothing else I've tried has compared to this product. While the product fit well, it was also breathable and provided flexibility. I would highly recommend this to other athletes and gym goers.
