Terrible products and terrible service

This is local business and a colleague at work recommended the company.

The sales team were super helpful in selecting an engineered floor. This was about as much help as I received. The flooring arrived bowed and some packs water damaged. I was promised refunds and nothing realised. Severe delivery delays and I already have two damaged chips. Overall very poor quality flooring and over priced.

The company also quoted me fitting but I managed to source a local an excellent fitter team for 50% less.

I would only use this company if quality, timeliness and price does not matter. They caused me endless stress and soaring blood pressure.
