My partner made an order the 10th October, returned the items on the 19th October and received an email confirming a refund on 17th November, however it is now 11/12 and there is no sign of the refund and customer service don’t bother to respond anymore! Massive waste of £60 & I won’t be ordering from them again!

Do not purchase. This site is a fraud. I have not been able to return merchandise but received no response for weeks after numerous attempts to contact the site own.

hoodie for 9.99, absolute bargain, the quality is actually OK, sadly ordered large and it didn't fit, bit to small, i kept it because its only 9.99, wear round the house, Mrs can wear it, so anyway i ordered an XL a few days later sadly this also was a bit to small, the large is exactly the same size as the Xtra Large,
Its not their fault that the hoodie does not fit me and for 9.99 i would recommend buying one, its also not their fault that i can not be bothered to return it, however i do expect the XL to be bigger than the Large, this is why i can only give 3 star.

Ordered 2 different tops. Good quality. Ordered XL for slightly bigger fit but they were a comfortable fit but good anyway. Then I ordered 2 track bottoms in XL for hopefully a looser fit but they only just fit. So I would say go a size up. Easy ordering, good delivery.

Several tracksuits ordered and ALL had issues. Holes in stitching which ripped wider with first wearing. All lost several zip toggles. One pair of bottoms was VASTLY smaller than the other which was supposedly the same size. They ignored all my emails weeks and ONLY responded when I raised a PayPal dispute- in which they told me I was wrong as they knew their product and refused any refund. Absolute scam artists and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

Let's get the not so good stuff out the way first. The dispatch time and royal tracked delivery was longer than expected. When my order turned up today it was the wrong colour to what I ordered (it was green and not brown) ...
Luckily I like the colour they have sent instead and the quality is excellent especially for the prices they are offering at the moment.
Don't know if it was a stock issue as it is a clearance sale, however apart from all this I would use them again.
