The worst possible airlines ever will…

The worst possible airlines ever will never recommend it to anyone. Traveled from Bangalore to Abu Dhabi the staffs were soo rude doesn’t know how to treat customers and they charged us 2640 rupees for 1 kg excess weight in the baggage and my baggage had 5kg extra so they made us pay 13200 rupees even the ticket didn’t cost that much and non of the staffs were helpful all of them were soo useless they didn’t give us enough time sort the Weight out they were just rushing us for no reason and wanted to take as much money as they want from our pockets🤦‍♂️ the most horrible airline in the world I would not recommend this airline to anyone!!

A whole loss still without a refund!

On December 24, I tried to book a round-trip ticket online with Akasa Air, an Indian airline company. Although my credit card was charged, I still haven't received the flight tickets.
Apparently, the issue is related to a payment that Akasa Air reported as "unsuccessful," but Akasa's payment gateway (platform), called Razorpay, reported it as ‘successful’.
In fact, immediately after booking and completing the online payment, I received a message from Akasa Air's updates at 3:58 PM informing me that the payment had failed. Another message, received a minute later (3:59 PM) from the Razorpay payment platform, informed me that the payment had been successful and had been made to SNV Aviation Pvt Ltd (Akasa Air).
After writing 4 emails to all of their available contacts, and also interacting with their Instagram account (as they recommended), they have not answered me.
No plane tickets and no refund to my bank account.
Furthermore, I had to cancel my holiday to Kerala, which included a whole 'wellness retreat' package that won’t be fully refunded.
Can you believe that in the AI era, this Indian company is still struggling with old-fashioned technical issues and a bad customer care service?
If only I could, I would rate them here less than 1 star.

Never recommended for International travel, Terrible experience with Akasa Air

Our flight was delayed due to the airline’s operational issues, which caused us to miss our international connecting flight. We were forced to wait over 24 hours at the airport and were rebooked much later, leading to extreme physical and mental exhaustion after already traveling for long hours prior to boarding. The delay resulted in loss of pay, missed onward travel, and additional out-of-pocket expenses. Despite raising multiple complaints and follow-ups, we have received no compensation or satisfactory response. Overall, the experience was highly inconvenient and disappointing, and the lack of accountability has made it worse.

Great experience Goa to Ahmdhebhad

It's my first time flying with Akasa. The staff were courteous, the hostesses were helpful and the plain was in excellent condition and very clean. The food was good too. The boarding was well organised and the plane left on time. Nothing to complain about except it took a while to get the excess luggage sorted online.

They left 34 bottles of Zam Zam at…

They left 34 bottles of Zam Zam at Jeddah Airport and caused 2 hours of inconvenience to passengers at Ahmedabad airport just filling up forms to get the missing cargo misplaced by airlines themselves. NAVER FLYING AKASA AGAIN.

just cancelled the flight, no warning, no refund

On 29/03/2023 we booked a flight Bengaluru-mopa. When we arrived at the airport 23/06/2023 they said the flight was cancelled. We did not get any warning / message. They said fill a complaint by the website, .. but no response, sorry nothing. We had to buy a new ticket 4x the original price with Indigo, so we could continue our holiday. Lost a lot of money while we did all correct.
