i D mobile reward
I found it difficult to get in to the right section. It took me several tries be fore i got in. After that it was easy to complete the information need and it went through straight away. The reward was in my account within two days.

Apart from expecting Lebara to fulfill my transaction, the process of claiming and receiving was seamless and quick. Process was quite exhaustive but now I’m aware of Aklamio I would definitely recommend.

I had to give Lebara a lot of information that they already had...bank details ..my address etc etc
I will not be recommending others to switch to Lebara.

I would like to highlight that the reward payout is not processed through Lebara, but through us, Aklamio. As a separate company we do not have access to the database of our partner's users, therefore we do not have your bank details neither for security reasons. The referral account is password protected and only the owner of the account has access to it.

Simple check the claimants tel, no. Check the person recommended to Labara, pay the money to the claimants account they pay their bill with. The payment procedure isn't the best.

Unfortunately the reward cannot be credited to the user's bill since Aklamio and Lebara are two separate companies and we do not have access to the database of their user's accounts.
Aklamio works with different partner and having a referral account where you can pay your rewards out, gives you the chance to get rewards also for referring other companies and get awarded for that.
