The service Akliz offers is fantastic, from the reliability of their servers to, especially, their technical and customer support; I would be hard-pressed to name any other company, regardless of the industry, who can boast of such excellence, especially where the support team is concerned. Special shout out to Calum, who I had the pleasure of working with for the majority of questions and concerns I had - Calum was always quick to respond with concrete solutions to any and all issues, and always took the time to follow up and ensure everything I needed was taken care of. I always felt like a valued customer, and strongly recommend this site for your server-renting needs!

I went to customer support regarding some issues i was having. Calum was insanely patient, worked with me for multiple hours on end to help resolve my problems. Awesome hosting site, great staff that was very patient and understanding, and walked me through all the steps very clearly.

The customer service with a online server host is unmatched. The prices may be a little bit more expensive but your paying a premium for some of the best support you can buy. Completely blows me away each time.

Having tried 3-4 different server hosting services before I can say without a doubt that Akliz is the very best. Not only do they have affordable packages but their Command Center is really intuitive and easy to master. When it comes to performance of the servers, they are on a whole other level. Super fast, as stable as it gets, easy to configure scheduled commands and tasks too. And the cherry on top is their professional and friendly chat assistance. I got replies to my questions under 2min each time, they're simply the best

Fantastic customer service; they're always quick to answer, and they get the problem fixed in no time. Been using it for several years, and I am very happy with it.

They responded to my question in quick fashion, they were super polite and managed to solve my problem really quick

if had a subscription with them for multiple servers with all of my friends and it is the easiest most seamless experience ever. and if you ever have any kind of problem they answers faster than my own dad does and helps/ fixes the problem in less than 10 minutes. they go as far as changing server settings and slight things in single mods for you withjout having to ask them too, amazing.
