The pricing was good and the product arrived in good condition. It took a long time from ordering until I got it (11 days, 8 business days), but that was clearly stated under the product info so I knew it when placing the order. Would order from them again.

Parcel arrived quickly
Parcel arrived quickly. There was even a return set up at the same time as the pick up order if I had needed it. Only negative for me is that it was sent from Denmark! On a Norwegian site, where everything lends itself to actually being Norwegian, or loosely phrased “Scandinavian”, it’s disappointing to see after ordering that it’s not actually sent from Norway.

Despite a quite late delivery I'm rating 5 out 5 for the exceptional communication during my wait. I was informed, well in advance that the expected delivery date was going to be delayed because of delivery problems from the producer. When this situation didn't change for the producer as the new date was drawing closer, I was again informed well in time. Top service!
