Perfume had a good saving and no delivery costs...I fell for it.
Looks like a scam.

How are these companies still allowed to trade?

I ordered aftershave a week ago got email with confirmation still waiting but it looks very doubtful reading these reviews

I just ordered from this website but didn’t get any confirmation email just waiting for my parcel.

i’ve been scammed.large order on a supposed reputable site called perfume
dreams it asked me for card details and then i had to do the secure thing it didn’t say it took the money and went back on screen and now i’ve checked my account £170 has been taken for a company called parfumerie azkente it’s all good i will be doing a charge back on you dirty scamming 🐀

Fell for this too, they've taken the money without me finishing the transaction. Remains to be seen if they deliver and when? Shockingly my bank says, even though the normal transaction process wasn't done, that there is nothing they can do unless the product is not delivered or faulty.

Money taken but perfumes set hasn't arrived!

If i could give zero to these jokers,i would.I did not proceed with my transaction,as i was having doubts,card number was provided but i did not authorised it!To my horror ,money went out on the 16.06 and no confirmation email or text received.I call their customer service and was told that yes it was authorised!?Asked me to send a screenshot .I have provided a screenshot of the transaction,as I want a refund,another message send today,reply in german !All i want is my refund ,and will be contacting my bank and trading standards because these people are dishonest to say the least!Judging by the other reviews they take your money,and no goods or refunds !Shocking!

Order on the 1st April still not received it 14th April took payment out of my bank on the 7th April not been able to contact will never order from them again

Placed my order which was immediately acknowledged, and arrived within a week. I was very pleased with my purchase of Clinique face powder as it was out of stock on every other on-line site.

Put my order in on 23 January,just got it Saturday 29 th january.tracked delivery with royal mail. so my experience was all good .

Ordered from then through Douglas. They said "fast delivery 2-4 business day". Okay so I ordered sunday January 2nd, they said they sent it on Wednesday the 5th. But DHL never recieved the package. After 8 days of waiting, I called Douglas. Now after 10 days, I finally recieved it. I think the only reason I got it, is because Douglas contacted them. I would not reccomend buying anything from them.

Just compiled an order. Did NOT press send, did NOT want this order but they've taken it anyway from my account !!! Delivery date was after Xmas so I did NOT WANT this order.I repeat. Totally illegal online practice.

Am reporting this company to trading standards with covering letters to MoneyMail and the BBC consumer affsirs programme. From my experience, this company is decidedly well below par. I placed an order for over £67 based on trustpilot for parfumdreams, mobey snatched out of my account immediately. Quickly followed by a text message saying I omitted to pay the £1.47 postage and package fee. The website address did not exist neither did the phone number. No email followed to acknowledge receipt of order. Smelling a rat and having checked my account, I reported this to my bank, emailed the company with my deep concerns over their business practices, followed up with a phone call asking them to contact me a d advising them I thought they were a scam business and lo and behold the transaction has been cancelled. I would advise doing no business with this company unless you have a sound sense of humour. Trustpilot gives parfumdreams glowing customer reviews. I shall be writing my experiences which bear no resemblance to the glowing reports. Wondwe if I will be published. If not, I'll be back.

Made on order on website parfumedreams.co.uk today and the money was taken from my account under the name 'Parfumerie Akzente' but I have not received an email confirmation and the order is not showing on the website order history. Have attempted to call the hotline however I am constantly being told to leave a voice mail. I have also emailed them and haven't received a response. This does not seem like a legit website.

This feel like a scam. Money taken out of bank, no acknowledgement email for goods. Phoned number and told you must not have completed the transaction. However if I did not complete transaction then why was money taken? I was told it would be refunded. NO it has not.

Tell u that order is pending after 12 emails it turned up and guess what perfume is fake

Order took double what I requested and now unable to stop the sale as pending from my bank.
No confirmation email and no contact .
I fear this is a scam and I’m £111 lighter with no contact available .

Same as others. Spent over £100, no confirmation email, no goods. Cannot find contact for customers services. Seeking legal advice

I ordered from this company over a week ago and realised I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail I then checked the reviews and thought oh well I’ll not receive my perfume but I e-mailed them and they replied straight away saying they were exceptionally busy and that my perfume was on its way, it arrived today. Excellent service, dropped a star because I didn’t receive confirmation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought an Olympia Paco Robanne perfume from this company because there was a sale. No confirmation email and money taken. SCAM
