Really poor experience

Really poor experience. The instructors are not helpful at all. The modules are ok, though they don't help you until you apply them. Their support is non-existent, they don't help you and take SO long to get back to you. Like 9-10 months. When they do get back to you, they tell you that they can't help because you are no longer an active member. Just a really bad experience where they are inexperienced and therefore can't help you because they claim to be the experts when they really aren't.
